Barnett brings immense value inside the arc, active on the glass from second chance opportunities and drives. Excellent rolling towards the rim with pace, the forward scores through contests with either hand. Her wide reach and notable lateral quickness has allowed her to be a versatile defender, playing a vital role for one of the state’s most talented rosters.
A highly skilled forward who brings a versatile skill set, Hodges has continued to refine her perimeter game while doubling down on other areas of her previous impact. Growing in skill as a downhill scoring threat, the forward has begun utilizing combos to free up space on the downhill. Throughout recent showcase events, Hodges has asserted herself as an especially versatile shotmaker.
Dille led Sedgwick County to their 2A title this previous season, bringing in value beyond the arc as one of the class’s most efficient perimeter scoring threats. Effective rising up into shots off the catch or movement, Dille’s is a tangible strength few players have attained with her consistency. Given the aggressive closeouts, she has ample opportunities on drives with either hand, finishing through contests with ease.
Highlights
Another versatile forward, Flowers brings a myriad of skills to the table, although her growth as a playmaker with the ball has been encouraging. Effective pushing the pace with the ball or simply bringing it up to set up the halfcourt offense, the forward has continued to refine her game over time. Staying consistent on spot-up threes and the occasional mid-range attempts off the bounce, Flowers will be an essential complementary shotmaker for one of the state’s most talented teams in Air Academy.
Highlights
A physical scorer around the basket, Jiricek’s usage and shot volume will certainly improve this season, allowing for a better look at her offensive versatility. ALready productive, grabbing rebounds on either end of the floor and pushing the break from those defensive sets, the forward is set for a potent year with one of the state’s top 5A programs. Windsor features a variety of versatile defensive wings who are both disciplined and gritty, Jiricek is no different.
Possessing an above average frame, Harrison is active attacking downhill and staying physical versus contests. Her role defending a variety of opponents will be intriguing, given her positional size and quick instincts. Her continued growth as a perimeter shotmaker will be intriguing, likely taking on a larger role this season.
RItterbush does well, leveraging her height advantage to attack the rim, finishing around shot blockers and helping defenders. Her handle has steadily progressed over the years, drawing in more attention on those drives. Palisade features a notably young roster, showing plenty of room for growth.
Rowe has been excellent at maneuvering off the ball, on either end of the floor. Seeing openings consistently on backdoor cuts, making herself available at all times. She shows upside stepping into pull-up jumpers, particularly following an aggressive closeout towards the perimeter. Rowe will continue to progress with a fairly young Resurrection roster who gains another year of experience with no departures.
