Schools in the County: Atlantic Collegiate Academy, Aynor HS, Carolina Forest HS, Christian Academy of Myrtle Beach, Conway HS, Green Sea Floyds HS, Loris HS, Myrtle Beach HS, North Myrtle Beach, Socastee HS, St James HS

Atlantic Collegiate Academy (Myrtle Beach) – New program and New School on the Grand Strand. The Armada will play an independent schedule this coming season. Prep Girls Hoops will get a look at them sometime this season down on the Grand Strand.

Aynor HS – The Lady Blue Jackets finished (7-14) a season ago.

Carolina Forest HS – The Lady Panthers (16-7) last year have plenty of talent back on the roster this season. Guard Madison Hoffman Madison Hoffman 5'6" | SG Carolina Forest | 2024 State SC will provide some perimeter scoring from the backcourt. Madisyn Davis Madisyn Davis 5'7" | SF Carolina Forest | 2026 State SC and Emerie Davis Emerie Davis 5'9" | PF Carolina Forest | 2026 State SC will collect rebounds and score the ball from the wing. Emerie averaged 12.9 ppg and 7 rebounds a season ago.

Sophomore post player Miracle Mclean Miracle Mclean 6'2" | C Carolina Forest | 2026 State SC and Meaja Dozier-Edwards Meaja Dozier-Edwards 5'9" | SF Carolina Forest | 2025 State SC will work together down in the paint. Mclean won the State High Jump Championship as freshman averaged 7.1 ppg and 7.7 rebounds last season.

Christian Academy of Myrtle Beach – The Lady Saints and Head Coach Jason Warren play in SCISA Class 3A ranks. The Lady Saints returns everyone from last season’s squad. Senior Grace Owens Grace Owens 5'9" | SF Christian Academy of Myrtle Beach | 2024 State SC returns to the lineup this season. Owens a senior averaged 11.9 ppg and 4.5 rebounds last season for the Lady Saints (14-7). Payton Rumley Payton Rumley 5'8" | PF Christian Academy of Myrtle Beach | 2024 State SC , Claire Owens, Mary Claire MacDonald and Carly Belle Jackson Carly Belle Jackson 5'4" | CG Christian Academy of Myrtle Beach | 2024 State SC all bring plenty of game experience to the table.

Conway HS – The Lady Tigers return Jahmya Grice-Dukes Jahmya Grice-Dukes 5'8" | C Conway | 2025 State SC down in the paint. Grice-Dukes really looks to work hard and has no problems looking to post up to the basket with some contact along the way. Who will step up and help Dukes in the starting lineup for the Green and Gold?

Green Sea Floyds HS – The Lady Trojans had a rough season last year at (1-18).

Loris HS – The Lady Lions look to be the region favorite this season. Junior Janiya Richburg Janiya Richburg 5'9" | SF Loris | 2025 State SC a left-handed forward return to the lineup again this year. Richburg just brings effort and hustle every time she touches the floor. Janiya averaged 12.1 ppg and 12 rebounds a game last season.

Senior KeAsia Smith KeAsia Smith 5'8" | SF Loris | 2024 State SC will help put down in the post while MariAsia Moody MariAsia Moody 5'6" | CG Loris | 2025 State SC should handle the ball-handling duties out top. Smith averaged just 3 ppg while bringing down 7.7 rebounds an outing. Moody a point guard averaged 10.3 ppg last season for the Lady Lions (18-10). Senior guard Zamara Wilson will add plenty of minutes in the backcourt for the Lady Lions this this season. She averaged 6.1 ppg last year.

Myrtle Beach HS – The Lady Seahawks fell on hard times last season at (2-17). Euniya Knox Euniya Knox 5'5" | SF Myrtle Beach | 2024 State SC and Elaya Knox both set to return to the lineup this season.

North Myrtle Beach HS – The Lady Chiefs will look for leadership out of Faith Farmer Faith Farmer 5'7" | SG North Myrtle Beach | 2025 State SC . Farmer has been a household name here over the years. Faith can play both guard spots in the backcourt. Watch out for Madison Vereen Madison Vereen 5'8" | PG North Myrtle Beach | 2027 SC and Destinee Vereen Destinee Vereen 5'7" | PF North Myrtle Beach | 2025 State SC to bring some punch to the lineup this season up in Little River.

Socastee HS – The Lady Braves lost several players to the new school at the beach Atlantic Collegiate Academy. Center Anna Reese Pratt Anna Reese Pratt 6'4" | C Socastee | 2024 State SC returns in the middle for the Lady Braves. Can Reese Pratt who also plays softball stay healthy for a full a basketball season? Guard Briana Smith Briana Smith 5'2" | PG Socastee | 2026 State SC should see plenty of playing time here this season for the squad. Smith played very well earlier this fall at the Prep Girls Hoops Top 250 Expo in North Charleston.

St James HS (Murrells Inlet) – The Lady Sharks will lean on Sanaa Skinner Sanaa Skinner 5'8" | SF St James | 2024 SC and senior left-handed point guard Breanna McCall Breanna McCall 4'9" | PG St James | 2024 State SC for some leadership on the floor this season. Skinner a senior averaged 6.5 ppg and 7.3 rebounds last season for the Lady Sharks (9-16).
