As anticipated, the event was nothing less than spectacular as many quality prospects competed for their schools. Here are the power forwards whose relentless effort and inside presence left a big impression.
#15 Mira Kelley Mira Kelley 5’11” | C Milford | 2024 State MI (2024) was an impact player for Milford inside on both ends. She continually battles in the post to secure positioning for rebounds, which resulted in many put backs. Mira has excellent awareness of spacing and when to pass the ball; she made great passes to cutters from the short corner. She had strong catches and finishes off one and two feet, resulting in multiple and one finishes. Mira’s outstanding hustle and toughness energizes her team and makes her a fantastic post prospect for the Mavericks.
#40 Annaka Neetz Annaka Neetz 5’9″ | PF Bay City All Saints | 2024 State MI (2024) dominated inside today for All Saints Central, and she did so against good opponents. She utilized the pound dribble drop step combo moves to finish contest looks inside and earn trips to the charity stripe. Annaka extended her range out to the high post and knocked down a wing 3. She faces up, puts her head down, and finishes through contact. Annaka had at least four and one finishes on the day and never stopped working to secure rebounds. She will be the first one up to high five teammates off the bench and is focused on leading others. Annaka is a fantastic 2024 PF prospect for the Cougars.
Alyssa Barr Alyssa Barr 6'1" | C Yale | 2025 State MI
Alyssa Barr Alyssa Barr 6'1" | C Yale | 2025 State MI
#23 Alyssa Barr Alyssa Barr 6’1″ | C Yale | 2025 State MI (2025) was a strong interior presence for Yale at the Mega. She towers above opponents at 6’1 and has the build of a college athlete: strong. Alyssa is a rebound machine; her length and strength make keeping her off the glass a tall task. She follows shots and gains the advantage to finish put backs with either hand. Alyssa is an interior prospect who immediately grabs your attention when she steps onto the floor.
Riley Schikorra
Riley Schikorra
#24 Riley Schikorra is a post prospect who did everything to help Dow be successful at the Mega. At 5’10, Riley has the size and strength to match up with traditional posts, or the quickness to guard wings. She handles the ball well with both hands off the dribble, has speed in transition, and a quality face up game. Riley stays low and square to seal defenders and present a lane for inside passes; she is a strong rebounder and finisher at the rim. Riley is a fantastic forward for the Chargers.
Addie Semann
Addie Semann
#24 Addie Semann (2025) was one of the standout interior prospects at Mega. She has battled back to form after suffering an ACL injury and her passion on the court is contagious. One of her shining moments happened when she sealed a fronting defender, caught the lob, finished the layup, and then shouted praise to the passer: that’s a great teammate. Her drop steps in the paint create angles for her to score and she showed off her athleticism by making a reverse baseline layup. Addie is a fantastic forward to watch with Freeland this winter.
