PGH Wisconsin’s Division 4 Preseason All-State Teams

Somehow, the first games of the 2023-24 season are under a week away. It doesn’t feel like the season should already be a little under a week away, but here we are. Today, we’ll continue with preseason honors with Divisions three and four.

The Division 4 teams stem from the accomplishments of each player at the high school and AAU levels. None of these lists are predictions of how well each kid will play this season, but instead, a look at where my mind is at this preseason as we get ready to go. I do not expect that this will reflect my end-of-season All-State Teams. I’m more than open to discussing where people may differentiate from spot to spot, but since this is preseason, it’s all fun and games, and I’m more than willing to be told I’m wrong.
