Owens understood the flow of the game and instead of trying to drive the ball into traffic, did a great job of making the extra pass to find open shooters. The LadyCats buried 13 threes with Owens’ decision making playing a key role. Addy Beth tallied 1 point, 6 rebounds and 7 assists.
The freshman was engaged from the opening tip to the final buzzer, emptying the tank. Elyse was vocal and extremely aggressive on defense, drawing the assignment of harassing

. She took away airspace and was quick laterally. Norris has a sweet looking jump shot. She liked to use her crossover to get into her shot. Elyse finished with 7 points, 4 rebounds, 6 assists and 5 steals.

Bella came off the bench and immediately on her first touch drilled a corner three. Rosene netted two triples from the corners. Bella is an interesting prospect to keep an eye on. She’s got good strength to her frame, a pretty shot and developing handles.

. The guard hit timely pull-up jumpers, sinking three in the third quarter alone. Collins used her quickness to create on the perimeter, finishing with 11 points, 2 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals.
Foul trouble saddled Shy for much of the game. She got going in spurts in the second half however, finishing with 14 points, 1 rebound, 1 assist and 4 steals. Foster has a quick burst to the basket, exploding up as a springy finisher who protects the ball with both hands. She is at her best when she can cause havoc defensively picking off passes.

The freshman stepped up. She is long and wiry. Makayla was active in the press, forcing turnovers and scoring in transition. All of Watts’ points came in transition, posting 12 points and 6 steals.
