Roane County vs Harriman: Game Report

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Roane County hosted rival Harriman on 12/1! It was all Roane County from the start. Defense made it extremely difficult for Harriman to get anything going. Harriman did try to claw their way back numerous times but Roane County always had an answer. Roane County won 70-47! </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Roane County had 5 players in double figures. Braxton never takes a play off, especially on defense! Fritz scored 1,000 points last season and she was honored late in this game after swishing a 3 point shot! Braxton finished with 17 points on the night to go along with numerous rebounds and steals! I didn't get to follow Braxton's journey for very long but I can tell you that she will excel at the next level! In the first 4 minutes of the game, Mackenzie already notched a score, stole the ball, deflected passes, &amp; rebounded on both sides of the ball! If Raymer continues to work, this will be a young athlete for everyone to keep their eyes on. Mackenzie finished with 15 points on the night! She's definitely on my radar to keep following!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Macey &amp; [player_tooltip player_id='326738' first='Maris' last='Neal'] <strong>| G&nbsp;<strong>|&nbsp;</strong>2024 |&nbsp;Roane County HS</strong> - I am mentioning these twin sisters together because their style of play is quite similar. Yes, one may have a better mid-range, and yes one may be a little feistier. Go watch Roane County and you can find out because they are both fun to watch! It was my first time watching the sisters and they are both extremely athletic! If either of them want to have a future on the hardwood, they definitely could! </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1097460' first='Addison' last='Roberts'] <strong>| F&nbsp;<strong>|&nbsp;</strong>2025 |&nbsp;Roane County HS</strong> - Roberts did a great job of rebounding and drawing contact! Roberts went to the free throw line quite a bit. She did her part by sinking most of them! Roberts has great size and length. If she continues to work, we will see a lot more about this one! </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Now to Harriman:</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='821877' first='Ansley' last='Moore'] <strong>| G&nbsp;<strong>|&nbsp;</strong>2027 |&nbsp;Harriman HS </strong>- Moore did a fantastic job at attacking the rim! The freshman class runs extremely deep across Tennessee, &amp; Ansley has an extremely high ceiling if she keeps working! Moore is an athletic guard that has a good feel for the game!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='878297' first='Hannah' last='Wilson'] <strong>| G&nbsp;<strong>|&nbsp;</strong>2024 |&nbsp;Harriman HS</strong> - The senior guard definitely tried to help lead her young Harriman squad to a win. Hannah works hard on both sides of the court. Wilson did show her 3 point shot off by drilling numerous threes during the game! </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This rival was a fun one to watch.
