We do not rank those that we have not seen, it is not credible to do so, but we have (3) scouts that write for us and we scour the State of California looking for those who should be included in the rankings. Here is what we had to say about the girls we added to the rankings, (3) scouts were involved in this rankings edition for PGHCalifornia. Thanks for the subscribe...

2026, 5'7, CG, Rialto HS, [player_tooltip player_id='843628' first='Destiny' last='Rabino']

Rabino was the best shooter in the game. A consistent three-point threat, she's comfortable with letting that ball fly. All she needs is an ounce of space and she's taking the shot. Wasn't discouraged by misses and kept putting herself in position to get open looks from three. She can shoot off the catch or face up and shoot. She has a quick release and can shoot before the defense closes out.

2026, 5'6, PG, Fairfax HS, [player_tooltip player_id='843631' first='Desiree' last='Gage']

Gage is quick with the ball in her hands. Crafty ball-handler who can break the defense down. She's a smaller guard who is able to get to her spots on the court; reads the defense and reacts. Good crossover. Sometimes has to slow the game down a little bit but can be effective. Able to get into the paint off the dribble.

2026, 5'8, SF, Fairfax HS, [player_tooltip player_id='843633' first='Adia' last='Adkins']

Adkins stood out as a good playmaker for a wing. She consistently was able to see open teammates both on the break and in the halfcourt. Able to attack the defense off the dribble and dump the ball off to her post players. Good ball-handler against defensive pressure. Was able to consistently get into the paint and can shoot the little floater. Most of her scoring came off drives.

2026, SG, Chula Vista HS, [player_tooltip player_id='843635' first='Malissa' last='McKoy']

Malissa is another scorer in the San Diego Section that can get buckets in a hurry, she is averaging 20.7ppg this season for her team. She is able to score in a variety of ways and it shows from the numbers she is putting up with a twenty + average. She is has 228 points in 11 games and teams are having a hard time containing her on the floor.

2026, 6'0, PF, Montgomery HS, [player_tooltip player_id='843637' first='Paula' last='Zumstein']

Paula comes into the season as the third leading scorer as a sophomore with an average of 16.6ppg in 16 games under way in the season. She is doing some good things on both sides of the floor and it shows with her stat line. She is rebounding at a high clip with 8.6rpg and blocking shots with a 2.8bpg average. She is shooting 34% from the field, but she is shooting 38% from the three point line, which is really impressive. So you have a sizable forward that can stretch the floor with her three point shooting ability, we love that.

2026, 5'4, PG, Duarte HS, [player_tooltip player_id='843639' first='Selena' last='Banuelos']

Selena is scoring the ball at a high clip as well, she is averaging 21.8ppg for her team and it is behind some great play from her and the skillset she has. She plays at a small school in Anaheim that has been able to develops some players from the ground up and these girls got better and better over the years. She is skilled at offense of course, but is also equally a decent defender and makes things happen on the floor.

2026, CG, Loara HS, [player_tooltip player_id='843641' first='Sophia' last='Rangel']

Sophia is shooting right about 44% from the field this season, she is averaging 19.6ppg and it is very well deserved, she is able to score at a high clip as we watched her this season. She is crafty with the ball and has a nice handle, she defends pretty decent and is a leader on the floor, her teammated look for her with that type of average in the game. She can improve on her three point shot and freethrows, but Sophia is a menace on the floor and is a threat to score at any time.

2026, 5'11, PF, Los Osos HS, [player_tooltip player_id='843643' first='Katelyn' last='Frietas']

Katelyn is a young and up and coming big that is very agile and can get up and down the floor with the best of them, she has good size and knows how to seal in the paint and hold her opponent for easy scores in the paint. She can shoot the ball with nice form on her shot, she stepped to short corner and she can make shots from that spot consistently, but we also saw her square up for three pointer and shot it with alot of confidence. She is beast on the boards, she probably had about 8-10 last night, but she is not afraid to set screens and roll to the rim for easy buckets. Got to the right spots on the floor to help her team compete.

2026, 5'11, PF, Los Osos HS, [player_tooltip player_id='843645' first='Ivana' last='Nwagbo']

Ivana is scappy, she is the enforcer on this team, she does whatever is needed on the floor to help the team get buckets, she will set hard screens, she will guard the better post in the paint. She could run the floor and finish at the rim in transition utilizing her soft hands to catch the ball and score over her opponents. She rebounded well and could rebound and get the balll out to the guard to push the transition game and get into the lane to trail for an easy dump over the top to her for a basket. Loved her size and body type, she knows now to play and showed us last night that she is a worthy basketball player to recognize.

2026, 6'4, C, Centennial HS, [player_tooltip player_id='843647' first='Cydnee' last='Bryant']

Cydnee is a beast, monster and every other frightning thing you can think of when it comes to an intimidating post player in the paint. She has a college ready body, she is agile and athletic for her size. She probably had 20 boards last night to go with her 16 points, if she would of not fouled out of this game, she was on her way to a 25 + point night for sure. She still had a double-double fromt he stats, but this kid is special and gonna be special in the years to come. Her size and skill at this age is uncanny and most kids with that type of height at this age has not fully come into control of their bodies, she is remarkable. We will be talking about her for years to come, coaches, if you do not know, you better take a good look, this one will not be on the shelf long during recruitment.

2026, 6'0, SF, Ontario Christian HS, [player_tooltip player_id='843651' first='Cori' last='Benjamin']

Cori has great size as well, I would venture to say that her and Legacy are related, but we are talking about Cori, which impressed us with her shot blocking skills and timing, she has 3 blocks in 6 games, which is very good for a kid her age. She uses her size to her best ability and she is good rebounder as well with 30 rebound on the season, which we love to see a player crash the boards. She is shooting 100% from three point land, but she is only (1/1) right now, but if she contines to knock down shots, it will be a good percentage, we loved her game as well.

2026, 5'10, SF, Ontario Christian HS,[player_tooltip player_id='843655' first='Savannah' last='Philan']

Savannah has some nice size on her to be so young, she has a college body once she puts on some more muscle, she plays really big in the paint, she can score over both shoulders and also blocks some shots in the paint as well. She is also a good screener, laying some good ones to guards in the pick and roll, she is solid when it comes to setting screens, they are hard screens, love it.

2026, 5'8, SF, LACES HS, [player_tooltip player_id='843659' first='Sincere' last='Aubrey']

Aubrey is a bit of a tweener between a wing and big forward. She's aggressive offensively, comfortable getting her own shot. She can put the ball on the floor and uses her strength to bump off defenders on her way to the basket. Likes to play in the high post and shoot the floater off the attack. Shoots the face up jumper consistently especially from three-point range. Good screener.

2026, 6'1. C, Redondo Union HS, [player_tooltip player_id='843662' first='Abby' last='Zimmerman']

Zimmerman has the size as a big/post player but is a little more versatile and spent time playing on the wing. She was comfortable taking jumpers off the dribble and shooting over the defense. Defensively, she's mobile and can cover ground on the perimeter; often guarded ball-handlers. She kept a low stance defensively and moves well for her size.

2026, 5'3, PG, Pioneer HS, [player_tooltip player_id='843664' first='Aryanna' last='Reyes']

Reyes was a very active defensive point guard. She was tough on ball and was solid on that end the entire game I saw. Offensively, she's a good ball-handler, pushes the pace well and looks to attack the basket. She can finish in traffic around taller defenders. She's crafty with the ball in her hands. Can hit the floater in the lane.

2026, 5'6, CG, Lynwood HS, [player_tooltip player_id='843667' first='Shanilah' last='Ewing']

Ewing is a smaller guard, but effective. She's quick and decisive with the ball in her hands. Consistently able to dribble under control against defensive pressure. She's comfortable getting her own shot against bigger defenders; can hit the floater in the lane and can pull up and shoot the midrange off the dribble.

2026, 5'6, SG, St. Marys Stockton HS, [player_tooltip player_id='843669' first='Presley' last='Dacruz'] – all purpose lead guard that takes control on the floor and does not turn the ball over. She can knocks down shots when open and is a good passer, she gets the ball to her scorers on the team. So we will say she is a solid facilitator and did a good job keeping her team engaged in the game and assisting with scores.

2026, 5'5, SG, St. Marys Stockton HS, [player_tooltip player_id='843671' first='Mia' last='Jamias'] – shooter, small guard that is able to shoot off the catch and off the dribble and make shots. Decent ball handler that can run the team, but is more dangerous on the wing making three pointers. She knocked down some long three pointers in this game off the catch from the corner and top of key.

2026, 5'6, CG, La Jolla Country Day HS, [player_tooltip player_id='843675' first='Safiyah' last='Sugapong']

Safiyah is turning out to be the point guard and lending some scoring for her team as we have watched her play, this weekend was not any different, she was able to keep her team in control and give her coach reassurance about her abilities in my opinion. She was able to do some scoring, she could set her teammates up for easy baskets and she ran the offense to the letter and keep the ball moving in a positive manner. She kept the floor stable and many watch her do so and most likely will write about it just like I have.

2026, 5'0, PG, North Hollywood HS, [player_tooltip player_id='843677' first='Salma' last='Perez']

Perez was one of the top point guards at the event. A good ball-handler who doesn't try to do too much. Navigates the halfcourt defense well reading the coverage and making the right pass. Good halfcourt vision, an unselfish player who is always looking to pass. Pushes the pace in transition. Able to get into the paint off the dribble.

2026, 5'10, PF, Marlborough HS, [player_tooltip player_id='777128' first='Taylor' last='Ballew']

Taylor is that all purpose, strong and agile power forward with all of the attributes to make her a certified player at the next level. She has great size and knows how to use it, eats up the boards down low and can finish over both shoulder from what we have seen. She is a leader on her team and she is growing in her skillset each and every time we see her play. She is a coaches daughter, so I know she is in the lab working on her game with her brother as well who is a pretty good athlete and player.

2026, 5”6, CG, Clovis West HS, [player_tooltip player_id='768041' first='Malohni' last='Warren']

Malohni is a guard with a nice stroke from the outside, she gets to spots for easy three pointer opportunities and makes the defense pay for leaving her open. Nice size for a guard and can handle in transition and also slash to rim to get easy buckets thru contact, she was a great compliment to the other two guards on the floor, plus she is a tenacious defender and chased opponents down the floor to get poke outs from behind for steal opportunities.

2026, 6'0, PF, Scripps Ranch HS, [player_tooltip player_id='789339' first='Clare' last='Valentine']

Clare comes in fourth in the county in scoring with an average of 15.6ppg shooting 43% from the field and 33% from the three point line. She is averaging 7.8rpg which means she is hitting the boards hard in the game, she is also averaging 2.9apg, which means she is good passer that can help teammates score with ease. She impressed us with the numbers she is putting up this season and we look forward to watching her in the playoffs.

2026, 6'0, C, San Clemente HS, [player_tooltip player_id='782970' first='Reese' last='Tremper']

Reese was a firecracker in the paint for her team, she rebounded balls for putbacks and was also able to catch in the paint and score over either shoulder as well as throw back out from the double-team. She ran the floor well, she ran to the block and sealed her opponent and was able to get the bucket on numerous occasions. We loved her rebounding skills, she got to ball in her area and out, gave us a lot to see in the paint, moved well down low, stepped out to short corner for shots as well.

2026, 6'0, SF, Woodside Priory HS, [player_tooltip player_id='771316' first='Ugreat' last='Daniels']

2026, 6'2, C, Rancho Bernardo HS, [player_tooltip player_id='767776' first='Abigail' last='Lesagonicz']
