Here, I take a look at a few standout players from the contest.

[player_tooltip player_id='558895' first='Heather' last='Stedman'] Pinnacle

Heather showed why she is one of the better players on the West Coast. She often plays at a different pace from everyone on the court, as in the case of this game. She got to whatever spots she wanted whenever she wanted and provided the clutch plays when her team needed the most. Her play making skills are getting to the point where they are almost equal to her scoring ability.

[player_tooltip player_id='754702' first='Margaret' last='Luba'] Sunnyslope

Luba is a longer guard who gets to her spots to shoot very easily. She displayed a very good mid-range game as well as showing the ability to shoot the three ball. Her length allows her to be a good rebounder and, surprisingly, a shot blocker for her position. She is one of the more underrated players in the state.

[player_tooltip player_id='825620' first='Norah' last='Moo'] Pinnacle (Featured Image)

Moo was a dominant force in the paint that Slope had no answer for. She established post position pretty much whenever she wanted to and knows how to use her body to create contact. She recently became eligible after transferring in and will aid Pinnacle in making a deep playoff run.

[player_tooltip player_id='754668' first='Teagan' last='Mcilroy'] Sunnyslope

Teagan ran the show nicely for the young Vikings. She did a good job of handling the Pinnacle defensive pressure while also getting the ball to her teammates for good looks. She was able to get into the teeth of the defense and keep them on their heels.

[player_tooltip player_id='837359' first='Shannon' last='McIlroy'] Sunnyslope

The freshman thrived on the big stage. The defense left her open, and she knocked down multiple threes throughout the game. On defense is where she really left her mark. She pestered the offense all night, collecting near double-digit steals and disrupting the perimeter ball handlers all night.

BONUS:
[player_tooltip player_id='718332' first='Senna' last='Smith'] Glendale Prep

This was my first time seeing Smith, and I was impressed. She's an active forward and uses her size very well. She rebounded well and ran the floor very while getting good post position on offense.
