<p>The 3-point shot revolutionized basketball and solid scoring from deep will only become more important now that KSHSAA has approved Kansas High Schools introducing the shot clock next season.</p>

<p>Members of the senior class of 2024 are featured in this scouting report. Fifteen converted 3-point field goals were my cut-off to be included in this particular group.</p>

<p>The seven 3-point shooters whose stats and height are shared on Max Preps were included in this report.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='817402' first='Auburn' last='Hill']</strong>, 5'7”, SG, Chaparral, ‘24</p>

<p>Hill unofficially leads the Kansas senior class in 3-point shooting converting 26 treys in seven games. She is shooting 34 percent from deep and is averaging 19.4 points per game for the Roadrunners.</p>

<p>The Liberal senior is shooting 33 percent from 3-point range. She has converted on 21 3-point field goal attempts and is averaging 18.3 points per game in eight contests.</p>

<p><strong>Haylee Osner, </strong>5'3”<strong>, </strong>G/F, Conway Springs, ‘24</p>

<p>Osner is currently scoring 8.2 points per game for the Cardinals. She has been doing some heavy lifting from 3-point range having converted on 19 treys. She is shooting 34 percent from 3-point territory.</p>

<p><strong>Kathleen Ellwood, </strong>5'4”<strong>, </strong>SG, Little River, ‘24</p>

<p>Through eight games Ellwood has successfully made 17 3-point field goals. She is averaging 7.8 points per game and shooting 36 percent from behind the arc for the Redskins.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='606247' first='Morgan' last='Ruff']</strong>, 5'8”, G/F, Hodgeman County, ‘24</p>

<p>Ruff has made 17 3-point field goals through eight games. She is scoring at a 15.8-point per game clip and is shooting 33 percent from deep for the Longhorns.</p>

<p><strong>Lizzie Romer</strong>, 5'10”, SF, Kapaun Mt. Carmel, ‘24</p>

<p>The Crusader senior has successfully converted 16 baskets from 3-point land. She is averaging 13.6 points per game for Kapuan through seven games.</p>

<p><strong>Annabelle Malsam</strong>, 5'8”, G, Trego, ‘24</p>

<p>Malsam does the majority of her scoring from deep. She is averaging 8.3 points per game and has made 16 field goals from 3-point range. Through seven games the Golden Eagle senior is shooting 40 percent from deep.</p>
