22 pts vs Dora

Rodriguez continues to shoot the ball at a high clip from the behind the arc -- five 3PM vs the Coyotes. The 2025 SF has been absolutely stellar for the Eunice Cardinals as a scorer who can stretch the floor. Aleena is no longer just a corner specialist, the lefty can connect from WAY down town, extending to the volleyball line and further!

DBL-DBL: 40 pts & 10 reb vs Highland

One of Hines' most efficient outings to date. The junior CG was in a groove offensively; Bella had no trouble getting all the way to the cup and had no hesitation using a pull up jumper inside 16 feet. Hines also connected on several 3-pointers (6/8) coming in a variety of ways -- off the dribble, pull-ups in transition, and catch & shoot corner 3s out of BLOB sets.

14 pts 5 reb vs Carlsbad

Despite the loss, it was a decent showing for Borunda versus a Carlsbad team that has fairly good positional size. Ashelynn did a great job of anticipating and disrupting the passing lanes and was fantastic helping on the weak-side of the zone coming away with multiple steals, which led to transition and fast break opportunities.

22 pts vs Silver

In a 42-24 WIN over the Fighting Colts, senior Audi Torrez set a new career-high. The Centennial Forward shot 60 percent from the field after finishing 6/10 overall and did most of her damage with the 3ball -- Audi went 5/6 behind the arc -- Torrez also totaled 5 blocks on the night for the Hawks, attesting to her two-way status.

25 pts vs Hobbs

Anitielu was torching the Eagles from the middle of the floor in the 46-45 WIN on a neutral court (Moriarty HS). Kapiolani did a tremendous job finding the soft spots of the zone and attacking from the high-post area. The Eastern Wyoming College signee, had a game-high 25 points, proving to be too much for Hobbs in the halfcourt.

21 pts vs Farmington

It was a tough night offensively for Hobbs as they struggled to get shots to fall vs the Scorpions. However it was Clay, who did all she could, to keep the Eagles in the game. Once again, it was a steady dose of slashing to the cup but Clay also was able to get the jumper going in the midrange.

DBL-DBL: 10 pts & 10 reb @ Clovis

In spite of the one point loss (38-37), Turnbow registered another DBL-DBL for the Knights. Caitlin now has seven DBL-DBLs on the season (2023-24) for Organ Mountain which is tied for third most. Turnbow is always on DBL-DBL watch as she possesses a combination of size and finesse which allows her to cause havoc in the interior.
