Prewitt is a necessity for any program. She plays tough, plays within her role and can knockdown big shots in big moments. Her defensive tenacity will be needed in tonight’s game against Geneva. She should be tasked with guarding one of the main threats.
Kelley might have to exploit the mismatch that will be present to her at the guard position. She has the upper hand on her opponents due to her size and length. This will be a game where Makayla can show both sides of her skillset as a combo guard.
There’s no secret that I believe this kid is going to be special. Pape has the skillset that can be productive in whatever situation you put her in. Tonight, her size, ball control and patience should be key in getting the upper hand on Loyola. She could be due for another breakout game.
Rifenburg has had a quiet year, but the development has not gone unnoticed. She seems to have added some muscle to her frame, and the confidence is present. Brigid is one of the best players in her class when all cylinders are firing. She should be in for a strong showing tonight.
Highlights
Xyanna being back on the court gives the Lynx another weapon to fight their way to state.. and she’s no regular weapon. Walton has one of the deepest skillsets in her class, and can play multiple positions due to her versatility. In the open court or half.. Walton will bring problems for Marian.

A kid who is still growing into her skillset could be more of problem for the opponent then most people think. Knowing that she’s still on the up, this should give Goins the mindset to leave it all out there. Shes tough, she’s athletic and she doesn’t seem to get tired. A torn of heart and no quit.
Kendra has found her touch lately, and I don’t see her letting up anytime soon. She has a nice frame that goes with an uncanny ability to shoot the ball from deep. Off the catch, on the move.. it doesn’t matter she’s good for at least 2 threes per game.
