Rachael Chilicki Rachael Chilicki 6'3" | C Mukwonago | 2026 State WI
As far as posts I’ve seen from Wisconsin go, Chilicki may have the most next-level-ready skillset of anyone I’ve seen the last three seasons, and she’s a sophomore in her first full year of varsity basketball. I haven’t seen anyone at 6 3 with her strength, coordination, ability to finish with both hands at the basket, and ability to stretch the floor occasionally. Even though she’s a 6-3 post, she runs the floor well, understands how to post up to give her guards an angle to get her the ball, and moves laterally better than you’d think. She may never get the plaudits others in her class may, but Chilicki is as productive as anyone.
For the first part of this season, Alic was getting used to playing in the FVA and against girls two or three years older than her. However, once she got used to the level of play, she showed signs of being the player she may become. I saw her against Appleton East and was the best player on the floor, which includes the other three kids who I think are D1-level talents in that game at Oshkosh North. Her athleticism and skill are coming along nicely, and she could become one of the most sought-after kids in her class around the Midwest.
Anna Miller Anna Miller 5'8" | PG Edgewood | 2027 State WI
Watching Miller run the lead guard spot, you’ll notice a few things about how she plays. She keeps things simple, moves the ball with pace, sees the floor, and doesn’t turn the ball over. That sounds simple, but by doing all the small things right, Miller’s the guard every coach wants. No matter who you throw on the floor with Miller, she’ll maximize the offensive output that any five-person group can reach. She may never be the kid whose highlights go viral on social media, but everyone who coaches her will love her, and her teammates will love playing with her.
In small-school basketball, I feel Bond may be a kid who draws significant interest around the Midwest. She’s quick, passes the ball well, gets to the basket, and can knock down three-pointers consistently. In order to win games at the next level, you need guards who can create for their teammates, beat full-court presses, and take care of the ball. Bond checks all those boxes, and she’s a soccer kid who would have no issues playing 40 minutes if she had to do it. I’m unsure if she wants to take the basketball or soccer route, but she’s good enough to excel in a small school.
