Wynn Held
The Marshall guard is an intriguing small-school prospect in the senior class. I think she’s quick enough to make a difference at the point of attack and crafty enough to finish around the rim while being a 5-4 guard. She’s athletic enough to keep kids in front of her on the defensive end and to beat her initial defender on the offensive end. She may not be a premier small-school kid, but there is a role she can excel within to help her team win games.
Sydney Subke
The 5-10 wing out of Neillsville is a kid with a high IQ and uses it on both ends of the floor. I loved seeing her read the opposing team’s ball handler from the opposite side of the floor and baiting passes she could jump in front of and take the other way. Her shooting is also something to note. She has a simple shot that looks easy and will improve with time. She’ll likely become one of the best shooters in the Cloverbelt. The potential in her game has been on full display.
Charley Casey Charley Casey 6'0" | SF Holmen | 2026 WI
The Holmen forward is one of the kids who caught my eye the most out of probably a hundred players. She’s a multi-sport kid with plenty of athleticism. I love watching her attack the basket and finish over her nearest defender in the paint. Most kids who do that are long and have a lot of pop when they jump, but Casey is a physical four. She’s a natural athlete who knows how to use her physical tools to make life easy on herself. She’ll be a kid with multiple options in multiple sports to play at the next level.
Josie Tenuta
Tenuta has made Kenosha Tremper the surprise team of the Southeast Conference this season. Her threat to shoot bends defenses whenever she touches the ball, so even when she’s not making four threes in a game, the defense will still pay attention to her. Keep an eye on her over the rest of this season because if Tenuta gets going, Tremper won’t be an easy team to knock out of the postseason. I also like that she can take what defenses give her and score in the mid-range area whenever defenses close out on her too aggressively.
