Kingston picked up a big win against a game Cros-Lex team. The high quality wing prospect was critical in the game with her dynamic offense and strong shooting. Walker scored a game high 21 points. She has a ton of potential and has been a high impact sophomore all season.
Thelen is an elite guard talent with a diverse skill set that allows her to contribute in so many ways. Her Portland team picked up a tough win against Covenant Christian and Thelen was impressive on both ends of the floor. Offensively she chipped in with 12 points. Thelen shined with her perimeter D in the game, showing the ability and willingness to defend that isn’t there for a lot of sophomores.

Hallie Marcero Hallie Marcero SG University Liggett | 2027 State MI
University Liggett had a huge win at Riverview Gabriel Richard. The road victory put them in the CHSL toutnament. Marcero has been an offensive sparkplug for Liggett all season and was just that again last night. She paced her squad with a team high 16 points.

Troy earned a really nice win against Walled Lake Central. When you watch the Colts play, it’s easy to see that they have some high level young backcourt talent. Well, Olivia Spangler Olivia Spangler CG Troy | 2026 State MI looks like she needs to be included in that group. She scored a team high 12 points in the game while hitting some big shots late in the game.
Belleville has one of the most exciting rosters in the state and Carter is a big part of that. Her team stayed undefeated in the KLAA at 10-0 with their win against Fordson. Carter had an impressive 17 points. She scored with quickness, athleticism, pace and an elite jumper.
It seems like Clarkston has had a bunch of really talented guards for a while now. Add Robak to that list for sure. Clarkston had a convincing win last night and it was Robak that led the way. She paced her team with a game high 18 points. She was a highly efficient offensive player that showed an excellent basketball IQ.
South Lyon East picked up a very nice 42-30 win against Milford. They got an excellent performance by a young perimeter player named Nyla Lake Nyla Lake 5’5″ | CG South Lyon East | 2026 State MI . Lake lit up the scoreboard finishing with a game high 20 points. She used strength, quickness and court awareness to dominate on the offensive end.
