Tanzania Locklear has put together a special year for East Carteret. She is scoring over 19 points per game. She is a physical player who is also very athletic. Locklear has an elite skill set that includes scoring in transition, in the paint, from the midrange, and from three as well. Locklear is not afraid of contact around the rim. She can score through any defense and earn trips to the foul line as well. Locklear also grabs 6 boards and creates over 4 steals per night for the Mariners.

Sydney Whitley-Reese
Sydney Whitley-Reese is an elite freshman for Pamlico County High School. This season, Whitley-Reese is scoring over 16 points per game. She attacks the basket with urgency and gets to the foul line over 8 times per game. Additionally, Whitley-Reese is rebounding at a high rate for the Hurricanes. Each night, she is collecting nearly 8 rebounds. Whitley-Reese is also a fantastic defender who pressures the basketball. She has a great feel for the game and forces multiple steals per night for her team.
Keira Wilson
Keira Wilson
Keira Wilson leads Mountain Heritage in scoring per game, rebounds per game, blocked shots per game, and field goal percentage in her senior season. She is an extremely versatile player on the court. Wilson is able to score with either hand in the paint or while running in transition. She runs the floor hard for the Cougars. Wilson is a talented player who competes on both offense and defense.
Jayden Baggett
Jayden Baggett
Jayden Baggett is a special sophomore at Nash Central High School. In their last game, Baggett scored 19 points for her team. She scored in transition and from the foul line as well. Baggett has a smooth outside shot and a quick release. In the win over Franklin Academy, she knocked down 3 three-point field goals for her team. Additionally, she created 4 steals on defense that led to easy scoring opportunities for the Bulldogs.
Jasmine Felton is a walking bucket. Northeastern High School won their game 73-31 over North Lenior, and Felton scored 40 points for her team. She knocked down all 12 of her free throw attempts and scored with precision in the paint. Felton has been double and triple-teamed all year long, and she still finds a way to score. In her senior season, she is scoring 26 points, collecting 13 rebounds, forcing 3 steals, and blocking over 2 shots per night.
