This is the first class of ladies to have gone all 4 years while having a Prep Girls Hoops presence in Kentucky. In a lot of ways, I feel like I’ve seen this class grow up since many of them came to our first Freshman Showcase back in the fall of 2021. Here’s a look at the final edition of the 2024 Class rankings and the top ten in the state.
Trinity finishes her high school career where she spent most of it, which is on top of the 2024 rankings. A true floor general, Rowe can score or create offense for others. She’s one of the winningest players in the class in Kentucky.
Steele is a dynamic playmaker who continues to get better and will definitely make an impact in college. Shaelyn is one of the best athletes in the 24 class and has improved consistently over her high school career.
Having perhaps the best long term potential in the state in 2024, Mariah can be a mismatch nightmare for opponents. She can score from three or take opposing defenders to the block. Jacksonville landed a steal with her commitment.
Audrey is a bit of a Swiss army knife as she can impact the game in so many ways. Whether its scoring, rebounding or defending, Biggs is a playmaker in every sense of the word.
A long and athletic post who has seen her stock take off over the last two seasons, Ayanna continues to improve and her best basketball is all ahead of her. She could make an impact at Central Michigan next season.
Highlights
Another player whose best basketball is all ahead of her, Ramiya is an old school, back to the basket post who can score from the elbow and in. With elite size, White can be a rim protector and rebounder right away in college.
Bender gets overshadowed as an individual because she plays for a loaded Sacred Heart roster. Reagan is a versatile wing that can score 20+ any given game and impacts the game on the defensive end with her ability to guard multiple positions.
Another Sacred Heart Valkyrie, Pelayo is the strength in the middle for SHA. A good rim protector and rebounder with an underrated offensive game, Angelina will likely be able to help UNC Wilmington as a freshman next season.
Highlights
A nightly candidate for a double-double, Quinn averaged 16 points and 10 rebounds per game in her Senior campaign. Eubank is an impact player in every aspect of the game.
Anna is among the most valuable players in the state to her team. She scores, she assists, she rebounds and she plays high level defense. Because she is so talented overall, Hamilton may find her way on to the court early and often at NKU.
