As we enter the Spring 2024 grassroots season, it is time to wrap up coverage for the Class of 2024. These Seniors have given us great memories over the past four years, and they are that last class who had to deal with the dreadfully inconsistent 2020-2021 COVID season. We finish with 250 players listed in the Class of 2024, including a Top-125, plus a watch list of another 125 prospects. This will be the last time we update rankings for the class, and below I have taken the time to highlight all of the center prospects in this class we currently have listed. Below that is a look at a few who remain uncommitted, to the best of our knowledge.

TOP-5 UNCOMMITTED CENTERS:
6.
Sarah Gick

Benton Central | 2024
State
IN
, 2024, 6-1 C, Benton Central H.S.
– Sarah is, and has been, one of the best defensive post players in the state over the last four years. Her recognition and timing in rotations from help-side, along with her ability to maintain her positioning on the floor, have helped Benton Central greatly on the back end. She is very physical, much stronger than you’d think, but over the last 12-18 months she also added a really nice skill package with some touch and finesse away from the basket.

, 2024, 6-1 C, Lawrence North H.S.
– “Talie” played for one of the deepest rosters in the state this season, so she played more of a nice role off the bench, but she probably would have started for 97% of the schools in the state and averaged a double-double. She has nice length, strength, and a great motor. She never quits on a play, and she rim-runs as well as anyone. While she likes physicality and playing at the rim, she also has nice touch at 15-feet in the mid-post and short corners.
9.
Aijia Elliott

Kokomo | 2024

, 2024, 6-0 C/PF, Kokomo H.S.
– Growing up, Aijia was always bigger, stronger, and just more powerful than her powers. But in the last year, she has really transformed her game. She is a bit leaner and overall, more athletic, plus she has greatly worked on her touch and ball skill away from the basket. She has drawn some small college interest, but she is trying to become more of a true face-up ‘4’ athletically and skillfully to potentially earn additional interest at different levels.

Eastern Hancock | 2024
IN
, 2024, 6-1 C, Eastern Hancock H.S.
– Ruby is likely a volleyball player at the next level, but I haven’t seen/heard a commitment from her at this time. On the basketball court, she is a full-scholarship kid at some level, if that was her focus. She is extremely skilled, has moves and counter-moves, good hands, plus touch facing the basket. She plays hard, is physical, and she’s much more athletic than she looks. She was really good in a couple of matchups with Class 4A schools this year.

Zionsville | 2024
IN
, 2024, 6-3 C, Zionsville Community H.S.
– Brooke is a kid who spent time legitimately waiting for her time, but constantly working. Minus some key 2023 graduates with size, she finally got a lot of opportunity this Winter and put together a nice, consistent season. She has a solid to strong frame, really nice length, and she works hard for position and running the floor. She is willing to be physical, has solid hands and can finish at the basket, but she also has some touch in the mid-post.
