Tia has drawn a great deal of attention this Summer, because she absolutely looks the part. She is very long, athletically strong, and she moves well and has great bounce for a prospect her size. However, she is a talented Division-I volleyball prospect who will likely commit in that sport sometime soon. On the basketball court, she is a rim protector, she can defend a little out on the floor, she is a nice pursuing rebounder at her size, and she has done a nice job of adding skill offensively. She is a full-scholarship basketball prospect, if she decides to choose that route.

Tia has always flashed big-time potential, and it seems like she’s starting to put it all together this season. She is extremely long, wiry-strong, and has nice height considering how fluid, athletic, and bouncy she is. She is still working on building her skillset, but she can put it on the floor a couple of dribbles and get somewhere productively. She also has some touch in the mid-post. Her strength is still her activity defensively, her ability to come from the opposite side of the lane and still protect the rim, plus her knack for coming up with rebounds outside of her area.
