She is one of the most improved players in the area and a star on both ends. She is a great athlete and hard to stay in front of with her quickness. Elyse's jump shot has seen the biggest improvement. She is good from three and has a nice mid-range game. Elyse made first team all-state and led VA Academy to another state championship.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["471796"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"Bishop Ireton guard [player_tooltip player_id='471796' first='Saniyah' last='King'] was steady all year. She can play either guard position at a high level, is a good spot-up shooter, and has good vision. My favorite thing about Saniyah is her rebounding ability at her size. Ireton had a lot of injuries early, and Saniyah's play helped them in a big way.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["387856"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"This is a guard-filled starting 5, but I felt all these players were too deserving of a spot to be left off. [player_tooltip player_id='387856' first='Ava' last='Sawi'] might be the most deserving of them all. Ava is great at playing either guard position and is one of the most athletic players in the state. She is a three-level scorer and a great two-way player. She is almost impossible to stay in front of, and she averaged 22.4 PPG on a great Episcopal team. Ava was All-State and All-Met.","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_3_player":["312087"],"_player_evaluations_3_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='312087' first='Desirae' last='Ashton'] missed almost all of last year with an injury. She stayed healthy this year, and with some of the injuries Ireton had, they really needed Desirae's presence. Desirae didn't have eye-popping numbers, but I always love how hard she competes. A great example of that was in the WCAC semifinal against St. John's. Desirae is a versatile player and can guard multiple positions. She has great length and is a talented offensive player.","_player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_4_player":["238889"],"_player_evaluations_4_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='238889' first='Laura' last='Williams'] is the best senior in NOVA and one of the best players in the state. Laura was the WCAC player of the year and a force on both ends. Laura improved this year posting up, and with how much offense PVI lost this year, Laura upped her game to me. When PVI was healthy, they beat many great teams, and Laura's rebounding, defense, and improved scoring were why. I've always felt throughout Laura's high school career, she was a next-level defender. She emphasized that this year.","_player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":5,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-66072d302d91f"} /-->
