Elyse Autrey Elyse Autrey Elyse Autrey 5'6" | PG Virginia Academy | 2024 State VA put her name on the map for me this summer at DMVlive in June. She is one of the most improved players in the area and a star on both ends. She is a great athlete and hard to stay in front of with her quickness. Elyse’s jump shot has seen the biggest improvement. She is good from three and has a nice mid-range game. Elyse made first team all-state and led VA Academy to another state championship.

Elyse Autrey showed off her range shooting the ball from deep even with post player hands in her face.  She had a nice move dribbling behind her back to create some space and pull up for the shot.  She sees the floor well finding her open teammate filling in the lanes for fast break points.  On defense, she even showed her intelligence drawing a charge.  She was a strong defender slowing down her opponent on the other end.
