Marley Wood Marley Wood SF Pennsville | 2026 State NJ – Pennsville (2026)
It was unfortunately a disappointing season for Pennsville, finishing 14-14 overall and 5-5 in division play, but there’s plenty to be hopeful for upcoming, especially with a player like Marley Wood Marley Wood SF Pennsville | 2026 State NJ finishing up her sophomore year. What a season it was for the guard, averaging 14.4 PPG over 28 games, a rather significant improvement from her freshman year. Wood is currently less than 200 points away from 1000 in her career.
Zahaisha Nevius Zahaisha Nevius 5'5" | SG Overbrook | 2024 State NJ – Overbrook (2024)
What a tough season to have such a fantastic year as a senior. Zahaisha Nevius Zahaisha Nevius 5'5" | SG Overbrook | 2024 State NJ improved tremendously as a senior and put up some big numbers to back up that big time improvement, joining the 20-point club by averaging 20.3 PPG in 24 games. She also hit more than two three-pointers a game, doing it all offensively for the Rams. She’s going to be quite the piece to have to replace upcoming.
Nicholle Green Nicholle Green 5'6" | PG Timber Creek | 2025 State NJ – Timber Creek (2025)
A season that saw the Chargers hover around the .500 mark for the majority of it feels like a wash when you look at what is potentially to come for this team. That comes after an all-conference level season from Nicholle Green Nicholle Green 5'6" | PG Timber Creek | 2025 State NJ , averaging 16.5 PPG in 26 games. Most importantly, she’s one of three top scorers to be returning for next season, though being the most important piece of the bunch based on past and current success.
Breelynn Leary Breelynn Leary PG Highland | 2024 State NJ – Highland (2024)
Leary was one of three big impact seniors to have finished up their high school careers this spring, possibly being the biggest loss of them all based on her offensive success alone. Averaging 15 PPG and nearly two made three-pointers a game, you could count on Leary to get a run started or bring a spark to her team. Her veteran presence and consistent success is going to be missed.
Iriona Gravley Iriona Gravley 6'1" | PF Williamstown | 2024 State NJ – Williamstown (2024)
It was a two-headed monster for Williamstown that led the Braves to a division title, undefeated in division play, and a 20-win season. We first begin with the frontcourt phenom, Iriona Gravley Iriona Gravley 6'1" | PF Williamstown | 2024 State NJ , a future college superstar who set career-highs in scoring and rebounding, averaging 18.2 PPG and 11.9 RPG. Not only was it her first time averaging a double-double in a season, it was her first time recording 500 total points in one season.
Alivia Mauz Alivia Mauz 5'7" | PG Williamstown | 2025 State NJ – WIlliamstown (2025)
Gravley might be on her way out of Williamstown, but returning next season is the newest backbone of the Braves in Alivia Mauz Alivia Mauz 5'7" | PG Williamstown | 2025 State NJ . Where Gravley dominated in the post, Mauz has complemented her and dominated in the backcourt. All you need to do is look at her perimeter shooting to paint a picture: 58 threes in 28 games (2.1 per game) while averaging 17.6 points per game overall.
Ana Pellecchia Ana Pellecchia 5'9" | SG Clearview | 2024 State NJ – Clearview (2024)
We end this article and series talking about a top-two, top-three player in the Tri-County Conference this season in Clearview guard Ana Pellecchia Ana Pellecchia 5'9" | SG Clearview | 2024 State NJ . This program has produced some studs in recent years, and Pellecchia is no different, averaging 21 points per game as a senior with 47 made three-pointers. She easily crossed 150 career three-pointers and also became a member of the 1,500 point club for the Pioneers.
