Here is a third report celebrating a group of seniors from the Sunflower State, maybe it will lead to a late offer from colleges still looking for prospects. To my knowledge, each prospect is still unsigned.
Rebecca Bearman, 6’1”, F/C, Topeka West
Bearman is a physical athlete I saw play during the prep season. She averaged 10.1 rebounds per game in 21 contests. She understands how to create space in the paint and scored 7.6 points per game.
Madyson Brillhart, 5’9”, F, Elkhart
Brillhart finished her senior season, averaging 9.6 rebounds and 8.3 points per game. The Elkhart prospect has some bounce in her game and is also a volleyball prospect for the Wildcat as a middle hitter.
Emily Kleczka, 5’7”, F/C, Shawnee Mission Christian
The Shawnee Mission Mustangs got a nice rebounding season from Kleczka. She averaged just short of a double-double for the season scoring 11 points per game and grabbing 9.5 rebounds per contest. Like Elkhart’s Brillhart, Klecka plays volleyball, as a right-side hitter.
Kenlee Mackley, 5’11”, PF, Triplains/Brewster
Mackley understands how to use her physical frame to block out opponents. She finished her senior season averaging 7.4 boards a game for the Titans.
Rilyn Sommer, 6’0”, PF, Anderson County
Another multi-sport talent that could still help a college program is Anderson County’s Sommer. She averaged 9.3 rebounds and scored 9.2 points per game. On the volleyball court, she finished with 142 kills and 21 blocks in just 69 sets.
