Strengths Of Her Game:
– Can play inside-out as well as outside-in: Hayes has size, ball skills and shooting that allow her to be very versatile in how she attacks the defense. She creates, recognizes and take advantage of mismatches.
– Ball skills and court vision: Hayes can push the pace off a rebound with both the pass and her handles. She sees the floor and makes good decisions.
– Shooting: She’s worked hard on her jumper and it’s showing in games. Hayes has been consistent and efficient from behind the arc,
– Protecting the rim: Hayes takes pride in altering and blocking shots, She establishes defensive position and focuses on playing solid help defense.
