This does not change a thing, but it gave opportunity to a younger guard to excel and help the team win some games. Addison, McDs All-American, Orange County Register Player of the Year and would of probably won many other awards, but she will be an asset, she is going to fill the shoes of Caitlin Clark, with her committing to Iowa. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='393743' first='Brooklyn' last='Shamblin'] - Oaks Christian HS, (USC Commit)</strong> - Brooklyn is a player as well, very well heralded and is a player in herself that has grown into her game from the time we started to watch her play. She is a solid guard and can get buckets with the best of them, she commits to USC and we beleive she will come in and lend some good minutes and learn from the guards that are already there. She is solid through and through and has great size at 5'9, she will do well at the next level, chose a good school to make some things happen.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='393741' first='Jazmyne' last='Shamburger'] - Long Beach Poly HS</strong> - Jazmyne is a player, she has good size and is one of the top scorers on this team and is one of the focal points for her coaches. She has been on the scene for sometime and is getting better each and every year, a genuine threat down low and can step out and shoot the midrange with consistency. Her three ball is getting better, but consistency will be the focus for the next few seasons. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='570447' first='Amaya' last='Williams'] - Mater Dei HS</strong> - </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Amaya is a threat to score all the time, she step up this year, due to [player_tooltip player_id='104789' first='Addison' last='Deal'] being out, she had to take more of a leadership role and is one to watch at all times coaches, she is solid and knows how to play the game. Nice body type, aggressive on both ends of the floor, rebounds and can lend some time at the lead guard spots. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='393737' first='Jane' last='Hewitt'] - Crean Lutheran HS</strong> - </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Jane is a firecracker, she is skilled at all three levels and will make you pay if you leave her open on the wing or anywhere on the floor. She is aggressive on both sides of the ball and is getting more and more tenacious as a player.
