<p>The Candace Dupree Tournament was loaded with lots of talent and some very competitive games. During the walk from court to court, sometimes you will see a play or player that catches your attention. In this article, we hilight players who were attention getters from the Candace Dupree Invitational. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='873458' first='Avery' last='Michels'] got my attention at Southern Jama and continues to garner attention from everyone. I was initially in awe of a 2027 player having so much poise and skill at such a young age. Michels shot the lights out at Candace invitational and there is no doubt she was one of the best shooters in the building</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='900338' first='Bailey' last='Harris'] from Southeast caught my attention with her ability to do multiple things on the basketball court. Harris has great length, she can shoot from the outside, she can handle the ball and run the point position. She can dish the rock in a position where teammates can score. Harris can also get to the rim and score. She is an aggressive player on the offensive end and puts pressure on the defense.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='656074' first='Ar'Nayshia' last='Griffin'] caught my attention with her versatility and athleticism. Griffin can play on the perimeter and has the versatility and strength to play down with the nice post move. Grifif rebounded well and had some really impressive finish over some of the bigs in the paint. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='248428' first='Kalese' last='Salter'] caught my attention with her competitive nature and the special attention she drew from elite opponents in the building. Salter's speed was still impressive on defense, in transition, and even some takes to the rim. Salter's competitiveness and athleticism were on display and those characteristics matched up with the top athletes in the building.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='742659' first='Lauren' last='Lee'] (<strong>COVER</strong>) played well and the 6'2 forward backed down from no one. Lee held her own on the perimeter, showing good handles and an ability to get to the paint against elite defenders. Lee's composure and ability to handle the pressure and not get sped up was impressive. Lee has game. She can shoot the floater, the three, and get to the rim. Her play at CDI was attention- getting and obvious she impressed colleges, receiving an offer on the heels of her performance at CDI.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='909710' first='Senae' last='Graham'] was an attention getting forward at the Candace Dupree Invitational. Graham has great size and her ability to move on the floor was impressive. She was active on both ends of the floor. Graham played defense well, rebounded well, and dropped in a 10 point performance for the exclamation point. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='900323' first='Savannah' last='Nicholson'] caught my attention a she as she was not afraid of the big moment. Down the stretch, the young guard shot the three, handled the ball and not afraid to take the big shot when the game was over the can handle the ball, and did a good job of moving the ball for the opening shot. Nicholson is a Smart player who knows how to manipulate defense with good ball movement. She can handle the ball as well.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='896136' first='Mikayla' last='Berry'] was an attention getter at the CDI. Her athleticism and physicality on the floor was impressive. Berry played lock down defense and was impressive getting to the rim against an elite opponent. Berry played well on the inside, ran the break well, and scored in transition. Berry showed that she could shoot the three point shot and contribute on th defensive end.</p>
