Minnesota's Class of 2026 is loaded with elite prospects and rising talent. They certainly showed it at the AAU State Tournament this past weekend as most of the state's premier sophomores put their skills on display in pursuit of glory. Here are the best of the best from the event – the Prep Girls Hoops 10th grade All-Tournament Team.

FIRST TEAM

MVP [player_tooltip player_id='252383' first='Lanelle' last='Wright'] – [program_tooltip program_id='714566' first='Minnesota' last='Stars'] 3SSB Hill

The Stars Hill point guard was absolutely crucial to the team's success at the State Tournament. In every matchup, Lanelle brought her A-game to both ends of the floor. She played lockdown defense and shot the ball well all weekend long. Just like she does for the Minnetonka Skippers, Wright excelled at scoring on drives to the basket as well as in the midrange. She led the division in scoring, averaging 18.5 points per game.

Lee Lee Bell – [program_tooltip program_id='714566' first='Minnesota' last='Stars'] 3SSB Hill

It was another dominant weekend for the North Dakota prospect from Minot. As is often the case, few teams could match up with Bell's size in the post, so she took advantage by burying other players in the paint. Lee Lee was the second leading scorer in the 10th grade division, and in Sunday's championship game she led all scorers with 23 points, including three made shots from beyond the arc. A power forward with guard skills is a deadly combination.

[player_tooltip player_id='458302' first='Abbie' last='Pietila'] – [program_tooltip program_id='712687' first='Minnesota' last='Fury'] 2026 UAA

The Delano point guard gave several impressive performances this weekend. While she didn't top the scoring leaderboards, her contributions to her team's success were immense. On every possession, it seemed, Abbie was creating high-IQ opportunities for open teammates, making defensive stops and wrestling for loose balls. Her defensive efforts in a semifinal win over [program_tooltip program_id='712722' first='North' last='Tartan'] were particularly impressive. Pietila is a top 20 prospect in the 2026 class.

[player_tooltip player_id='478350' first='Kate' last='Amelotte'] – [program_tooltip program_id='712722' first='North' last='Tartan'] EYBL

The Wayzata guard had another stellar weekend playing for [program_tooltip program_id='712722' first='North' last='Tartan'] EYBL. She put up some impressive scoring performances and finished among the top point producers in the 10th grade division. Despite constant defensive pressure, her most productive performance came in the semifinal against Fury 2026 UAA when she led all scorers with 15 points. Kate is a bit of a unicorn who keeps opponents on their toes in so many different ways.

[player_tooltip player_id='478390' first='Sinae' last='Hill'] – [program_tooltip program_id='714566' first='Minnesota' last='Stars'] 3SSB Hill

The Minnehaha Academy guard had an impressive all-around performance at the State Tournament. Competing for her dad P.J. Hill's championhip-winning squad, Sinae played high-energy, active defense, frequently forcing turnovers from her opponents. On offense, Hill contributed 53 points in four games, with three of those performances in double figures. She scored 12 points in Sunday's championship game, where she was really cooking in the second half. Sinae is a top 20 prospect among 2026s.

SECOND TEAM

[player_tooltip player_id='478362' first='Morgan' last='Korf'] – [program_tooltip program_id='712722' first='North' last='Tartan'] EYBL

The Pelican Rapids point guard continued to excel with [program_tooltip program_id='712722' first='North' last='Tartan']'s EYBL team this weekend. Morgan is a disruptor on the defensive end of the floor. She uses her IQ, quickness, and athleticism to force the other team into turnovers that lead to transition buckets for her team. Her offensive savvy was evident throughout the tournament as well as her explosiveness to the rim. As a top 15 prospect in the sophomore class, Morgan has consistently shown that she is a force to be reckoned with.

[player_tooltip player_id='351665' first='Vienna' last='Murray'] – [program_tooltip program_id='712687' first='Minnesota' last='Fury'] 2026 UAA

Playing in her first season with the Fury, the big guard from East Ridge was rolling along nicely this weekend with her new team. We've seen Vienna become more vocal and assertive on the floor as time has gone on, and she played a crucial role for her team in the semifinal win over [program_tooltip program_id='712722' first='North' last='Tartan']. Vienna came up with some big baskets down the stretch to help send the Fury to the championship game. There's a reason Murray is now drawing serious high-major interest.

[player_tooltip player_id='344332' first='Kate' last='Holmquist'] – [program_tooltip program_id='712687' first='Minnesota' last='Fury'] 2026 UAA

The savvy floor general from Maple Grove did what she does best at the State Tournament: She ran the show. The 11th-ranked prospect in the Prep Girls Hoops Class of 2026 is the quintessential point guard. She understands timing and pacing, sees the floor and she makes excellent decisions. Kate can also shoot the heck out of the basketball. Points are never the measuring stick for Holmquist, although she did put up 14 versus Fury S40. It's assists that matter and few dish them out better.

[player_tooltip player_id='344333' first='Cail' last='Jahnke'] – [program_tooltip program_id='712722' first='North' last='Tartan'] EYBL

The St. Michael-Albertville talent was dominant at the State Prelims when we watched. It was more of the same one week later at the State Tournament. Standing over 6'2 and uber-lengthy, Jahnke presents so many problems for opponents at both ends of the floor. She can also score the basketball. Jahnke averaged nearly 12 points per game in the tournament. If only we could measure how many points she prevented opponents from scoring!

[player_tooltip player_id='589275' first='Sophia' last='Anderson'] – [program_tooltip program_id='714566' first='Minnesota' last='Stars'] Nilsen

The 5'11 guard from Maple Grove has been a sleeping giant for some time now, a highly talented prospect who has been lurking in the background just waiting to pounce. That's exactly what Anderson did bright and early Saturday morning at Shakopee when she turned in the performance of her life in a 40-39 defeat of [program_tooltip program_id='712665' first='Metro' last='Stars'] 3SSB. Sophia is long and athletic, with great handles and a killer crossover. She is also super intense. Sophia is ranked #61 in the class. This weekend she raised her stock substantially.

THIRD TEAM

[player_tooltip player_id='717664' first='Izzy' last='Guetzlaff'] – [program_tooltip program_id='714566' first='Minnesota' last='Stars'] Nilsen

[player_tooltip player_id='478373' first='Chloe' last='Carlson'] – [program_tooltip program_id='712700' first='Minnesota' last='Suns'] S40

[player_tooltip player_id='515651' first='Addi' last='Schneider'] – [program_tooltip program_id='712687' first='Minnesota' last='Fury'] 2026 S40

[player_tooltip player_id='478365' first='Audrey' last='Schmidtke'] – [program_tooltip program_id='712665' first='Metro' last='Stars'] 3SSB

[player_tooltip player_id='515676' first='Samantha' last='Voll'] – [program_tooltip program_id='712665' first='Metro' last='Stars'] 3SSB

HONORABLE MENTION

[player_tooltip player_id='717668' first='Evelyn' last='Miller'] – [program_tooltip program_id='714566' first='Minnesota' last='Stars'] Nilsen

[player_tooltip player_id='502552' first='Sophia' last='Perry'] – [program_tooltip program_id='712665' first='Metro' last='Stars'] 3SSB

[player_tooltip player_id='662404' first='Emerson' last='Johnson'] – [program_tooltip program_id='712687' first='Minnesota' last='Fury'] 2026 S40

[player_tooltip player_id='455051' first='Vivian' last='Carter'] – [program_tooltip program_id='712687' first='Minnesota' last='Fury'] 2026 S40

[player_tooltip player_id='927228' first='Amaya' last='Pahl'] – [program_tooltip program_id='712700' first='Minnesota' last='Suns'] S40

[player_tooltip player_id='339179' first='Brylee' last='Miller'] – [program_tooltip program_id='712699' first='Minnesota' last='Rise'] Wolfe

[player_tooltip player_id='502569' first='Clara' last='Goodman'] – [program_tooltip program_id='712722' first='North' last='Tartan'] Elite

[player_tooltip player_id='339214' first='Jayci' last='Rath'] – [program_tooltip program_id='712687' first='Minnesota' last='Fury'] 2026 UAA

[player_tooltip player_id='362575' first='Callie' last='Oakland'] – [program_tooltip program_id='712687' first='Minnesota' last='Fury'] 2026 UAA

[player_tooltip player_id='502602' first='Morgan' last='Staloch'] – [program_tooltip program_id='712722' first='North' last='Tartan'] Nike
