BCAM Reaching Higher-Danyle’s Favorites

I'm sure you all have players that you watch that become your favorites to watch over and over again. Here are some of my favorite players I enjoyed watching at the BCAM event this past weekend. She finished well with both hands despite facing a lot of contact, and she also made numerous blocks in the two games I watched. She's now gearing up for a busy June with her school team, but keep an eye on her in July! There's a lot of buzz on the sidelines about her. She's a long, athletic guard who really showcases her versatility by having to guard much bigger players on her school team. Last weekend, Anna did a great job running the show for Rockford. She leverages her defensive skills to create scoring opportunities for her team. I started feeling sorry for her opponents as she continuously utilized her quick hands to make steal after steal. She contributes in multiple ways to her team, using her length to excel on the defensive end and convert defensive plays into offensive opportunities. Over the past weekend, she demonstrated her scoring ability at all three levels. She draws multiple defenders and always makes the right read. She has incredible body control and footwork once she gets in the lane.
