Lee's Summit is a strong team that won 17 games last season and returns a few key players. They have 2025s, 2026s, and 2027s who all contribute. There are 3-4 key players who stand out when evaluating the roster moving forward.

[player_tooltip player_id='296935' first='Avery' last='Rausch'] is a 2025 prospect who returns and will be the undisputed leader heading into the new season. Her 13.7 PPG, 4.6 RPG, and over 3 APG last season were all team highs or close to being so. She's a strong slasher and playmaker. Rausch is a high-usage player who controls the ball and makes plenty of decisions. There's not much Rausch won't do. She's a top defender who will guard other teams' best perimeter players. She's set for a big senior season!

[player_tooltip player_id='892865' first='Ryann' last='Arnold'] is a rising sophomore who did well in her first varsity season. Arnold is a hard-nosed wing that competes at a high level and contributes as a scorer and rebounder. She makes plays with her energy and stays around the ball. Second-chance scoring and offensive rebounding are strengths. She's capable of defending bigger wings or forwards. Moving forward, her role will become more pronounced as she becomes a key player for Lee's Summit.

[player_tooltip player_id='893422' first='Makayla' last='Hunter'] is another 2025 prospect who played major minutes last season. She was a glue player who handled a bunch of guard duties. Her ability to advance the ball while getting paint touches helped the team. Hunter is a strong defender who creates on-ball steals at a high rate. She combines quick hands with an aggressive mindset to make plays and spark transitions. Hunter is a rising senior prospect.

[player_tooltip player_id='905719' first='Keira' last='Rausch'] is a 2026 prospect that should see a major increase in production. Her development as a player paired with the graduation of seniors should lead to added time on the court. She is another all-around wing that contributes in various ways. She played spot minutes as a sophomore and will be one to watch moving forward.
