I saw the Sandra Day O'Connor Lady Eagles Motivation Classic over the weekend. This event was a prelude for teams participating in Section 7 in the upcoming week.

Here, I look at more of the standout players that I saw:

[player_tooltip player_id='921154' first='Addie' last='Prisciandro'] Prescott (Featured Image)

This was my first time seeing Addie, and I was impressed. She's a heady guard who's always looking to make something happen with the ball. She has a very good-looking shot from the perimeter and is a good passer.

[player_tooltip player_id='788336' first='Ylena' last='Gross'] Sunnyside

Gross was a blur in the open court with the ball and easily split double teams. Due to her small stature, she was extremely hard to contain and easily got to the rim.

[player_tooltip player_id='921161' first='Tylaiah' last='Wily'] Gilbert

I was impressed with the savvy incoming freshman point guard. She showed very good court vision and a nice feel for the flow of the game. She made very few unforced errors with the ball. She also displayed a nice-looking shot out to the stripe.

[player_tooltip player_id='558899' first='Symirah' last='Gray'] Poston Butte

Gray is an athletic guard who showed flashes of next-level ability. She got to the lane at will with a quick first step and displayed nice form on her jump shot.

[player_tooltip player_id='723419' first='Ava' last='Schooler'] Sandra Day O'Connor

Schooler showed why she is among the rising sophomores. She used her frame well to reach the lane and finish through contact. She also stepped out and hit some threes as well.
