2025 Guards Howling at Northwood Team Camp Pt 1

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Northwood University hosted its second high school team camp on July 16-18th with teams from different regions of Michigan competing on campus. There was a fantastic variety of teams attending from all across Michigan and the OT Tournament continues to be a staple of the camp. Possibly the most exciting part of camp was finding potential college-level 2025 prospects who have not been competing on the travel circuit. She showed her athleticism to leap up and high-point a pass, then scored a floater with balance after landing. Natalie extended her shooting range to drill deep 3s from different spots on the court and one of her brightest moments came when she buried one up top at the buzzer. She converted another floater off the dribble and earned position for offensive boards. Laina attacked hard off the dribble and scored through contact for an and-one floater. She sank a smooth 3-pointer off the catch and beat her defender for a baseline drive reverse. She created countless turnovers with her ball pressure and anticipation on defense. Fiona took defensive rebounds the length of the floor and converted contested layups full speed in the paint. She knocked down timely 3s from the wing and battled on the floor for loose balls. She used a high rip move to score a floater off two and then a baseline sweep to beat her defender for a mid-range jumper.
