One of the most recruited prospects out of the guard position this past handful of months has to be [player_tooltip player_id='777553' first='Aalaiya' last='Davis'] of Omaha Central High School and Nebraska Hoops [program_tooltip program_id='713325' first='Elite' last=''] AAU. Davis is an extremely quick player, that gets down hill faster than most. Once she has her defender back-tracking, it's almost impossible to recover while she attacks, opening up the floor for herself and the teammates around her. At Omaha Central this Winter, Davis will be someone looked upon to step up and be one of their biggest producers/creators on the ball. With her ability, it's definitely possible. She just needs to play with her full confidence and the success will follow suit.

[player_tooltip player_id='875828' first='Chloe' last='Koch'] of York High School has been a Varsity producer ever since she was a Freshman for the Dukes. This past season, Koch averaged just over 10 PPG, 3 RPG, 2 APG, and 2 SPG throughout her year and she rode that momentum into the AAU season with her [program_tooltip program_id='715717' first='Nebraska' last='Supreme'] program. Koch brings high energy, good off the ball movement, fundamentals, and better than average communication skills. This upcoming Winter she is going to be looked upon to be put some even more impressive numbers than years past but that shouldn't be an issue. She was efficient during the 2023-2024 calendar year and I expect the same over this next eight months.

Each time that I step in to see [player_tooltip player_id='896886' first='Jayla' last='Cleveland'] compete, she is putting together a solid game in the aspects of defending, rebounding, and scoring. Cleveland is a Forward at 6'0 that likes to move around the basket and find space against weaker opponents. Her teammates understand how to get her the ball in favorable positions and she has shown them more time than not that she can score once she catches with her back to the basket, so as long as that keeps up, her success in that department will keep up. When you take that into consideration and add the fact that she has a calm demeanor and a soft touch near the hoop, you see her future potential. This Winter she will be a main key to her Millard South team's success once again but that won't be something that is new to her.

One of the more interesting prospects to talk about out of the 2025 Class is [player_tooltip player_id='766606' first='Amelia' last='Dieckman'] of Concordia High School. Dieckman is 6'0-6'1, she moves well for that size, and she consistently puts up eye opening numbers when she is out on the court competing. Every stat sheet that I look at from past events that she played in, she put up double digits in scoring with the same in rebounding, if not extremely close. When you combined that with her athletic ability, you see that she has a bright future in this sport. She may have the chance to compete in multiple sports at the next level but whatever she chooses, she is going to adapt well too.
