[player_tooltip player_id='311388' first='Lauren' last='Walker'] of Central DeWitt High School has been someone that has brought a lot of interest from college recruiters this past twelve months on the hardwood. She has been looked at by various Divisions and is now she is starting to receive some offers. As of most recent, Walker scored a scholarship to D2 Rockhurst in Illinois. This is her biggest offer to date but I'm sure it won't be her last. She should be attending some elite camps this Fall, looking for the right fit for her future. If she gets to a campus, falls in love with it, and they offer her, I'm sure she would be extremely interested in the opportunity.

I just touched on [player_tooltip player_id='671464' first='Katelyn' last='Aden'] three days ago and right before that, she received an offer to compete at Dakota State University following her high school career at Carroll. Aden is in an interesting position. She is a very good prospect with a lot of great people/old players in her corner with connections. If she can continue to work hard, I'm sure that she is going to take her game to a whole other level by the time that she would step onto the collegiate floor. All she has to do is go out and make it happen now. Something that is more than doable.

[player_tooltip player_id='747245' first='Addison' last='Medeck'] was just ranked our #1 prospect out of the 2027 Class in Nebraska for her mixture of size, natural skill, soft touch on the basketball, balance, coordination, and situational awareness around the post. Every time she steps on the court, she puts up some impressive numbers, no matter the competition level. Yesterday, Medeck added to her pile of D1 offers with a scholarship offer to South Dakota State. This is another one to add to the what she has already received. At this pace, she will have 20-30 offers prior to her Senior year of high school ball and anyone who watches her compete, understands why.

In our most recent 2026 Class Update for Iowa, [player_tooltip player_id='502095' first='Emily' last='Larsen'] snuck into our Top 10 because of the Spring she has put together and this past weekend, she received her first D2 offer from Coach Theo Dean and The Truman State Bulldogs, as well as a D1 offer from NDSU. This interest is going to snowball for Larsen. I always talk about "opening the flood gates" and this is it. This offer is going to bring in a lot of interest from other colleges that might want to get their hands on her. Everyone else has seen coaches go out of their way now for her so more are willing to take a shot. As long as she continues to play like this into her high school season with Winter, she is going to kill and continue to move up the rankings for her 2026 Class at the same time.

[program_tooltip program_id='712709' first='Nebraska' last='Attack'] is a well known and well ran program, that understands how to develop their prospects. This season, their top GUAA team's have done a great job of killing most of their competition and they are ready to make a run at Nationals to end this month. One of their best prospects at the 17U level is [player_tooltip player_id='276516' first='Molly' last='Ladwig']. Ladwig is a D1 prospect, that can really light it up. This past few days she has been offered by Illinois State to compete for the Redbirds after this next season but I'm not sure that is the route she will take. She has more than a few offers at this point from other programs so it all depends on her fit within each system. No matter what though, if she continues to play to her fullest ability, then anywhere she goes, she should see the floor sooner rather than later.
