Scroll. Scroll. Scroll some more. I'm lovin it like a kid going to McDonald's. The offers are rolling in and our girls from the Volunteer state are getting their notoriety like they deserve. These kids earned these opportunities, putting in all that blood, sweat, and tears over the years. Now, they are reaping the rewards and coaches are taking notice of the talent pool we have in the state. Elated? Yes. I am excited for all these young ladies.

With the circuit coming to an end for the 2024 season, girls are resting, recharging, and getting ready to get back to the grind of school. Before hitting that 5:30 a.m. alarm clock, some families have taken a last minute trip before school starts. Some kids have already gotten back in the gym just to maintain their form and regiment of doing stuff. The HS season will be here before you know it. However, during this little lull in the basketball calendar, look for girls to receive interest and offers from schools near and far. Collegiate programs will be gauging in the interest of girls around the state, looking for that perfect fit for their program. Well college coach, you have come to the right spot. Loads of talent. Hard working girls reside here.

Decarra Ward (6'2/ Sr./ C/ Bartlett)- A menace to the game. Baby D continues to grow and increase her game. She's the aggressor, an absolute animal around the paint. Nice back to the basket moves. In the right spot on the offensive putbacks. Locks up on D. Blocks shots. Communicates! This kid is playing with tons of confidence right now and it shows. The D1 offers are rolling in and she will have her pick of some nice schools who value the big girls. Will be a nice addition to a program looking for an anchor to hold down the middle.

[player_tooltip player_id='506233' first='Genny' last='Rogers'] (5'11/Sr./F/ Lipscomb Academy)- An inside player who can step out and contribute from the arc. Genny is great in the screen game, where she can roll to finish or pop to catch n' shoot in the mid-range area. She works hard on D, banging downlow to prevent opponents from establishing their presence. She's on the boards, goes for loose balls, and really works hard. Tough kid who will continue to get better.

[player_tooltip player_id='409022' first='Kyndra' last='West'] (5'6/ Sr./PG/ Hardin Valley)- Heady floor general who can score the rock. Cool, calm, and collective, she doesn't get rattled in the face of pressure. Keeps her head up, looking to attack or exploit an opponent's weakness. Phenomenal facilitator, this kid can thread the needle to hit open teammates. Great culture girl, she's a gym rat who will and wants to put in the work. A huge difference maker, this kid is someone you want to have on your squad.

[player_tooltip player_id='506248' first='Molly' last='Brown'] (5'7/ Sr./ G/ Lincoln. Co.)- Speedy ball player who can do it all. Shoot it from the arc. Slice through gaps. Eliminate the other team's best player. One of the better two-way players in the state, this kid gets after it on every possession. A high motor kid who excels in the open floor. Scrappy ballplayer who brings the juice every second she is on the floor.
[player_tooltip player_id='409017' first='Ella' last='Ryan'] (5'10/Sr./G/ Brentwood)- After this season, she will be taking her talents to the northeast at Quinnipiac. The program got a steal in this multi-level scoring kid. A gym rat who is passionate about the game of basketball. Heady basketball player who has an explosive game that gives opponent's fits. Can score it in so many ways. Not only does she put the ball in the bucket, but also contributes to the game in many other ways. Rebounds, steals, block shots. A phenomenal kid who is fun to watch.
