The 2028 class has a pool of intriguing talent. A lot of these girls have checked off boxes already, but happen to fly under the radar for one reason or another. The girls below are some of the first at mind when looking forward to the young talent that aren't as noticed as others. These are 5 sleepers from the rankings deserve some recognition.

[player_tooltip player_id='351274' first='Alana' last='McNamara'] (2028) | 5'10 SF/PF | Archbishop Williams

Alana is a versatile player with decent size and strength. She can be inserted into the game without fear that there will be a drop in production as a young player. Even if McNamara isn't scoring the ball, she is highly effective at getting rebounds and a solid team defender. A bonus to Alana's game is her ability to knock free throws down, especially while playing down low in the post. Archbishop Williams has a very useful player that has high upside coming into this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='975783' first='Sophia' last='Goncalves'] (2028) | 5'9 CG | MacDuffie

An offensive threat that could very well climb the ranks with her first-class off the dribble shooting skills. She can create for herself from beyond the 3-point line with great range. She shoots fearlessly from way beyond the arc. Sophia can play multiple positions while being able to guard at least 3 different positions too. Goncalves will add a level of offensive potency that could help MacDuffie this year. Sophia is without a doubt a player to keep an eye on throughout the season.

[player_tooltip player_id='903198' first='Camryn' last='Bedrossian'] (2028) | 5'9 CG | Mount Saint Charles

Camryn is a versatile player with a quality sense of spatial awareness and can score from under the rim while still being able to shoot from the 3 effectively. Bedrossian offers impactful rebounding from various positions. She's able to get her hands on the ball and tip it to herself when she's not able to snag it out of the air. Camryn comes in as a young player to a new looking Mount Saint Charles Team that just entered NEPSAC. Bedrossian can be a great asset this year for her team.

[player_tooltip player_id='351271' first='Maizy' last='Desrochcers'] (2028) | 5'10 PG/CG/Wing | Berwick Academy

Maizy comes into this ranking as the 39th best player in the class. She has the potential to shoot up the radar with her multifaceted game. Desrochcers can play at least 4 different positions and can guard a plethora of different offensive skillsets. Maizy is coachable with a love for the game that will help translate at the high school level. Berwick Academy should be able to find a place for Maizy with her expandable game. Maizy's intangibles on the floor are hard to replicate and rare to see in a player with her size at the position.

[player_tooltip player_id='975842' first='Gabriella' last='Ravosa'] | 5'11 SF | WMA

Gabriella is a player with an extreme amount of upside in the class. Her long and athletic build already make her a defensive juggernaut in many scenarios. Ravosa is quick on her feet and can turn her hips while changing directions like no other. The long legs allow her to have gazelle-like strides that can catch up to some of the speediest guards. Gabriella causes disruptions with her quick-to-react nature. Ravosa can use her athleticism to help fuel her offensive game that is growing by the day. Expect to see improvements as an overall shooter and a dynamic driver that can create contact while getting to the line to generate some easy points for herself. With Ravosa's skillset she should be able to offer impactful minutes that can lead to team success.
