<p>The class of 2028 coming to Bellevue, WA over the weekend to compete against each other and showcase their skills for coaches/scouts. It was great to some incoming freshman for next season. Here is evaluations on Team 1 during the showcase.</p>

<p>#499 - <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='979373' first='Rosalie' last='Gasaway']</strong> - Lake Stevens HS - Lengthy post player who can also step out and play at the perimeter. Aggressive on the boards, not afraid to use body for contact. Uses her height in the post to her advantage. Exceptional defender who can guard all 5 positions.</p>

<p> #501 - <strong>Laine Buechler </strong>- Skyline HS - Stands at 6'0" and uses her size to her advantage in the paint. Seals opponents nicely to get herself in good position to get her shot off. Shoots the ball well with a high release point. High motor on defense, great paint protector.</p>

<p>#502 - <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='981960' first='Immy' last='Wettlaufer']</strong> - Bellevue HS - Knows her game well and plays to her strengths. Seals opposing players very well deep in the paint. Finishes through traffic with a soft touch around the rim, with both hands.</p>

<p>#503 - <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='974984' first='Evelyn' last='Wilk']</strong> - Lake Washington HS - Evelyn was one of the top players at the camp, displaying elite skills on both sides of the ball. She moved her feet quickly on the defensive side of the ball, showing she can guard multiple positions. She is shifty with the ball in her hands and can score from all 3 levels. Excellent change of pace with a solid hesitation move.</p>

<p>#508 - <strong>Evelyn Chow</strong> - Woodinville HS - Good ball handling guard who is patient when attacking the ball. Plays off the pick and roll smoothly.</p>

<p>#509 - <strong>Aaliyah Hall </strong>- N/A HS - Aaliyah is actually a graduate of the 2030 class, being an incoming 8th grader. She competed with the class of 2028 over the weekend and was one of the top players in the showcase. She has great hands on defense and moves her feet quickly to stay in front of the opposing player. Solid shooter from deep and drives hard to the bucket every play.</p>

<p>#510 - <strong>Kaitlynn Hewlett</strong> - White River HS - Kaitlynn was one of the players standing out by communicating on both ends of the court and doing all the little things well. She has phenomenal vision on the offensive side of the ball, finding her open teammates often. </p>

<p>#519 -<strong> Taya Baines </strong>- Glacier Peak HS - Taya stood out during 5on5 play due to her hustle and consistency of hitting deep shots. She has speed with the ball in her hands and gets by defenders with a quick crossover. </p>

<p>#541 - <strong>Cerise Boyer</strong> - Sammamish HS - Uses body well down low to get in position to get her shot off. Can work with the left or right hand, having a soft touch around the rim. Consistently got to the bucket down low by backing down defenders.</p>
