Emily is a young, small lead guard who did a good job getting to the cup. She is a really good finisher despite her size. She has a smooth game off the bounce and does a good job keeping defenders off balance with her hesi moves. She does a good job creating off the bounce, has nice passing and set-up ability, and doesn't over-dribble but keeps the ball moving. She is young, but as she continues to expand and improve her game, she has the potential to develop into a solid floor general.

Francesca was one of the most solid and fundamental players I saw. She is the type of player who makes winning plays on both ends of the floor and will not do things to lose the game. She doesn't force action on offense but does take advantage of scoring opportunities when they present themselves. She is a multi-level scorer and has a good runner off the bounce. She still has room to work on the defensive end of the floor, especially against quicker wing players, but she shows instincts and court awareness on that end of the floor. She is a reliable player who coaches can trust.

I had to take a moment and put Kimora on blast as she emphatically asked me if I was going to post her pic, as I caught her as soon as she came off the floor. So, the picture that you see is actually her second take…LOL. Now to the business at hand, Kimora made her first impressions on the defensive end of the floor. She is a tough, aggressive, and disruptive defender who guarded multiple positions throughout camp despite her size. She is a physical player on both ends of the floor and plays with grit. She plays through contact on her drives and makes plays through contact at the rim. She has some growth on the offensive end of the floor, but she made some plays off the bounce, showing that she has some tools to work with.

Nicole is an interior presence with size and plays a physical brand of basketball. She is not the most athletic nor the most agile, but when she seals opponents on the low block, the advantage is often in her favor as she buries defenders behind her under the rim. She does a good job taking care of the ball in traffic, which she seems comfortable playing through, as she saw double and triple teams on just about every post-catch. Even though she still needs to improve her hands, she does have a soft touch at the rim. She was active on the glass and clogged up the middle on the defensive end of the floor.

If I were doing a sniper school article for #SNP24, Gianna would definitely be in it, as she can absolutely stroke the rock. She is shifty off the bounce and, at times, played a little too finesse when she should have been a little bit more aggressive. She has a good feel for the game and makes really good decisions with the ball in her hands. Gianna impacts the game as a scorer and a distributor and can play with or without the ball in her hands.

The #ShowNProve camp never fails in revealing some of the next top talent in the country. This year is no different, as Riley impressed all who were in attendance. She is young and has to continue to work on all aspects of her game, but where she is today is impressive. She has length and budding versatility. She showed her ability to handle the rock in the open floor as well as create offense off the bounce in the half-court. She shows signs of reading and being instinctive on both ends of the floor. She is already balancing scoring and facilitating, which shows her feel for the game. Outside of continuing to work on the fundamentals of the game and tightening up her handles in iso situations, she has to continue working on staying in her jump shot as she was shooting and moving out of the follow-thru too quickly. I encourage you to remember the name because if she stays in the lab, she will be making noise in the coming years.
