The EXPO: Versatile Performers

On Saturday, September 7th the PGH EXPO took place at Inspire Courts in Gilbert. The EXPO had a lot of fantastic performers. The talent at the event was very good and there were plenty of players to highlight.   Here we look at some of the more versatile players at the event:    Lizzy showed why she will be an impact freshman at PHHS. She is a very good ball handler for her size and is a smart player. Guincho attacked the basket well showing the ability to finish with either hand.     Lewis showed her blossoming game as she was all over the place. She shot the ball well and played very good defense. Simply put Keira displayed a well-rounded game throughout the event.     Murdough is rounding back into shape following an injury and she showed flashes of her entire skill set. She has as good an inside/out game as you'll find in the class. Cadence also played excellent defense and blocked some shots     Hala is like a point-forward type with her ball handling and passing skills. Her height allowed her to look over the top of the defense. And make some very nice passes. She also flashed a nice offensive skill set.     There's not much Azalee didn't do on the court at the EXPO. She scored, defended, passed, and overall impacted the games she participated in. She's the type of player that doesn't need to take a bunch of shots to leave her mark on the game.      Trece is one of the up-and-coming players in NoAZ and she more than held her own with her all-around game. She rebounded the ball very well and shot the ball at a high rate. Her IQ is very high, and she plays the right way.
