EXPO 5th Team Standouts

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Saturday, September 7th&nbsp;<strong>Prep Girls Hoops Arizona</strong>&nbsp;had the annual&nbsp;<strong>EXPO Showcase</strong>&nbsp;which was hosted at Inspire Courts in Gilbert, AZ. We had right around 45 players from the 2028-2025 classes who were competing in a few games of 3 on 3 followed by the regular 5 on 5 setting.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Here were the 5th Team Standouts</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='992611' first='Hannah' last='Johnson']<a href="https://prepgirlshoops.com/player/hannah-johnson-3/"><strong></strong><strong></strong></a><a></a>&nbsp;Pusch Ridge</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A guard who plays hard and will rebound. She will put her nose in for rebounds and boxes out her defender or will tap it to her teammate. She will drive and kick it to a shooter like a lead guard would and plays the passing lanes well on defense. She can also hit the catch three with some confidence.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Savannah Klodt Ceder Valley</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A five-foot five combo guard who has very quick hands to rip some pockets. She uses her tighter handle and quickness to get downhill. She is a very unselfish teammate and moves the ball like you should. She will dive on the ball and hustle for everything. She plays really hard and will collect steals in the passing lanes. He is not afraid of the contact and will get downhill in traffic. She is a face-up forward who can hit the three and makes shots in the lane with floaters. She has deep three point range with a super quick release. She stays ready to fire away and moves without the ball.
