New 2025 Rankings Top Shooting Guards/Wings

Prep Girls Hoops Missouri released its newly updated Class of 2025 rankings last week. We continue with our positional rankings with a look at the top shooting guards and wings in the rankings.    A 6'2" shooting guard who is ranked among the top players in the country nationally. After leading the Cougars to a state runner-up finish in the Class 5 state tournament, she had a big summer season with All-Iowa Attack's 17U Nike EYBL team. As a junior, she averaged 22.9 points and 9.6 rebounds while knocking down 98 3-pointers. The senior sharpshooter has given a commitment to Kansas State.     The 5'10" guard is a dynamic player at both ends the court with her athleticism and strong motor. She is an excellent slashing threat who can hit the pull up jumper. She is also very disruptive on the defensive end. As a junior, she averaged 10 points, four rebounds and three assists a game while helping the Red Knights to a 31-0 record and a Class 6 state championship. She has given a commitment to Eastern Michigan.     A 5'10" guard who has been a key player for a Bombers team that has won two state championships during her career. She is an excellent athlete who really excels on the defensive end with her instincts and ability to guard multiple positions. She is also an effective slasher on offense who excels in the transition game. She has given a commitment to Evansville in the Missouri Valley Conference.     A 5'8" guard from Mid-Missouri who can shoot it very well from 3-point range. As a junior, she averaged nine points and made 48 3-pointers as she helped the Bruins to a third-place finish in the Class 6 state tournament. She also had a strong summer shooting the ball with the [program_tooltip program_id='712694' first='Missouri' last='Phenom'] 17U EYBL team. She gave a commitment to Wofford College.     A 5'11" wing player who is one of the most versatile players in the Kansas City area. She scores, handles the ball and facilitate offense for her team. As a junior, she averaged 13.7 points, 4.6 rebounds and three assists a game. She had a strong summer grassroots season with Earl Watson Academy. She has given a commitment to Truman State.     A 6'0" wing player who is an excellent all-purpose player who can help her team succeed in a variety of ways. She is a solid ball handler and playmaker who can make open perimeter shots. She can also play inside with her height and guard multiple positions on defense. She averaged eight points, five rebounds and three assists while making 38 percent of her 3-point shots in helping the Cougars to a berth in the Class 5 state championship game.     A 5'10" wing player who is one of the top players in the Northwest part of the state. She has already led Benton to back to back Class Final Four appearances in 2022 and 2023. You can put her just about anywhere on the court on offense and she is capable of being a strong producer. She has given a commitment to Rockhurst.     A 5'9" guard who has been a big fixture Fair Grove's back to back Class 3 state championship team. She stepped into a primary scoring role last season as the Eagles repeated. She is a very resourceful offensive player who is very effective around the basket. As a junior, she averaged nearly 15 points a game while shooting 53 percent from the field.     A 5'10" guard who is a matchup problem with her size and versatile skill set. She can initiate offense as a point guard, then go into the low post and overpower defenders as well. She is also capable of guarding multiple positions on the defensive end. As a junior, she averaged 14.9 points, six rebounds and two steals a game while also blocking 53 shots. She gave a commitment to William Jewell.
