[player_tooltip player_id='427341' first='Tessa' last='O'Leary'], a recent Lynn University commit, plays the game with an impressive aggressiveness. When the ball is in her hands, she looks to score quickly. As a 6-foot guard, she handles the ball well and shoots off the dribble at an elite level. Her ability to create her own shot makes her a constant offensive threat, and she is a leader on her Venice team. Last season, she averaged 11.7 PPG, leading her team in scoring and shooting 54% from the field. She helped guide her team to the regional finals last year and looks to repeat that success this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='346883' first='Maddie' last='O'Berski'], the recent University of Tampa commit, has one of the most consistent shooting forms I have seen. A great shooter's ability is to shoot the same way every time, and she does just that, whether wide open or contested. Maddie isn't just a shooter, though; she plays with urgency on both ends, runs the floor well, and disrupts passing lanes. She provides whatever is needed to help her team win, which contributed to her high school team's 2A state championship and 26-3 record while averaging 11.5 PPG. She's now looking to lead her team to back-to-back state championships in her senior year.

[player_tooltip player_id='769212' first='Lilly' last='Fultz'] plays with a high motor on both ends of the court and shoots the ball well off the catch. Her quick release and consistent stroke make her an immediate threat, especially when catching and shooting off screens, making her a zone buster for defenses. Lilly stays low when attacking the rim and finishes well in traffic off two feet. She also gives 100% every play, never taking a play off and being a nuisance as an on-ball defender. Last season, she averaged 13.3 PPG and 2.0 steals per game, leading her team to the regional quarterfinals. She aims to repeat and build on that success in her senior season.

[player_tooltip player_id='430263' first='Thatiyana' last='Holiday'] creates many of her scoring opportunities from the defensive end. Holiday is a strong on-ball defender who causes numerous turnovers by pressuring her matchup. Her speed and quickness allow her to intercept poorly placed passes, and her hustle enables her to outwork opponents for loose balls, which contributed to her averaging 5.2 steals per game last season, with a season-high of 9 steals in one game. This high energy also boosts her confidence on the offensive end, where she uses her quickness to run the offense and get her shot off the dribble. Her explosiveness helps her drive to the rim for uncontested layups, allowing her to average 12.7 PPG last season.

[player_tooltip player_id='401762' first='Hailey' last='Cohen'] is a relentless finisher at the rim. Once she puts her head down and looks to score, she's hard to stop. Hailey maintains balance through contact and pressure by consistently finishing off two feet, which allows her to get her midrange jumpshot off over defenders and finish strong at the rim. Last season, Hailey averaged 11.3 PPG and 8.0 REB/G. She also broke the school record by scoring 44 points in a game while shooting 56%, along with recording 17 rebounds, 11 assists, and 13 steals, achieving the rare feat of a quadruple-double. Last season, Hailey helped lead her team to the 5A state semifinals. She now looks to build on that success and possibly compete for the state championship this season.
