PGHNJ's Expo saw sixty girls representing the Classes of 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028 come together under one roof in Wayne, NJ to compete in 3×3 and 5×5 events on Saturday. From future D1 prospects, to D2, D3 and even NAIA and JUCO level prospects, this event had a little bit of everything! The competition and atmosphere was incredible! Here is what I saw from Team 3:

[player_tooltip player_id='898190' first='Gianna' last='Sano'] | #3

Little Paige Bueckers, as I like to call her, brought all the smoke to The Expo! She showed up and showed out with a deep bag of tricks, from shifty handles, to effective head-fakes and an array of offensive firepower. She was light on her feet with the dribble and easily got past defenders on her way to the basket where she finished through contact at a high level. She pushed the ball up ahead and pushed the pace in transition. If grades were given, she'd get an A+!

[player_tooltip player_id='962705' first='Jordan' last='Arnold'] | #5

Jordan evaded defensive pressure and got herself open around the perimeter to knock down big buckets! She was always ready for the catch-and-shoot, which was evident the way she drained deep 3's from the wings and corners. Against Team 5, she delivered big results and sank shots in rapid succession. Extremely reliable shooter!

[player_tooltip player_id='982745' first='Bianca' last='Kaiser'] | #819

A legitimate threat from 3-point land, Bianca showed off her ability to knock down deep buckets at a high clip. Her energy was THROUGH-THE-ROOF as she sped past the defense and made herself available behind the arc. With contagious energy and a motor that just wouldn't quit, she showed glimpses of what's to come in Year 1. And although a pass-first guard, she was totally unafraid to let it fly; zero hesitation and total confidence!

[player_tooltip player_id='789188' first='Valentina' last='Triana'] | #829

Absolutely fearless when splitting through the defense and attacking the rim! She took primary defenders off the bounce and once she got past that first level of defense, either took it all the way herself or dished out dimes to cutting players underneath. She made excellent decisions in real-time, something that is so crucial in tight game situations! If I'm being honest, I don't think I saw Valentina turn the ball over once in two games!

[player_tooltip player_id='601517' first='Ava' last='Coyle'] | #831

A super speedy guard, Ava may have just been the quicker, zippiest hooper at the event! She kept a tight handle and her head up, constantly scanning the floor to find open teammates lurking around the perimeter or slashing backdoor to the basket. She kept a pass-first mentality but delivered in big moments off the catch-and-shoot from 3. A small but dangerous guard!

[player_tooltip player_id='669307' first='Giada' last='Celetti'] | #859

Gi's footwork and mobility looked better than ever! I've followed her for a few years now and she continues to gradually improves both her fitness and on-court skillset. She showed off tough post play and set some of the fiercest screens of the day! A rebounding machine, she was strong on the glass and converted a ton of o-boards into second-chance points. She looked to be assertive on both ends of the court and it's obvious that as solid as she is on offense, she takes even greater pride in her defense! I also noticed how encouraging she was in the time she was subbed out and on the bench. Vocal, positive and passionate, always rooting for her teammates! A total team player.

[player_tooltip player_id='651515' first='Hannah' last='Fraser'] | #982

The sky is the ceiling for Hannah! A long, lean, versatile hooping machine! She locked down the paint on defense and swatted some shots with authority as the event wore on! She was super mobile and maintained high energy throughout the duration of each game, getting it done on both sides of the ball. Her go-to move was an effective one, which was a post-up and hook over her right shoulder. It was money almost every single time! She showed off her range by stretching out to 18-feet and even behind the arc, knocking down deep shots with full confidence. Hannah, in my opinion, is a D1 lock.
