Ashlee has impressed year after year at this expo and came and proved yet again that she is one of the top scoring point-guards in the Dakotas. You could argue that she is undersized for the next level but if you watch her game I can guarantee you that it won't matter. She absolutely gets after it on both ends and plays with high energy and has big skill to go with it. She can shoot it, dish it, and handle it and is a very complete all-around guard. She knocked down multiple 3's in this session and isn't afraid of the big moment. Her quickness allows her to weave through the defense and create shots for her teammates. She hit a really impressive step-back three which continued to remind me just how balanced of a scorer this young lady is.

Ava had a solid performance in the 3v3 session. She has a nice mix of length and speed that allows her to contain the ball defensively and play in the passing lanes to get tips/steals. On offense she looked very confident in a dribble-drive motion and was at her best when she was using her speed to get to the rim and finish.

Mobridge-Pollack had great representation at this event and looks like a team to watch out for this winter! Brooke made really solid decisions in the 3v3 session and stood out to me as a player who understands the game at a high level. She picked her moments to get to the rim and did a really nice job of taking care of the basketball and finishing at the rim. She made a lot of impressive, tough finishes inside and has a really nice mid-range jump shot to go along with her driving ability.

Josie left a big impact on me at the event as a player to watch in the Class of 2028! She showed up early in the event as a player who could score on all levels. She ended up being one of my top players at the event and for good reason. 3v3 allows players to show off their ability to operate in space and she took full advantage of this with an ability to get to the rim, elevate and knock down shots in the mid-range, and drain open shots from the outside. She made effective cuts to get open and get herself in scoring position and demonstrated a high basketball IQ. She boxes out consistently and contributes in every facet of the game from scoring, defending, and rebounding.

Lennix is a really good point guard primed for a big senior year. She did an excellent job in a dribble-drive setting, understanding when to keep going to the rim and score, or make the decision to dish it to a teammate for a better shot opportunity. She has played at a high level for years now and it really showed. Her ability to get to the front of the rim with smart decision making was some of the most impressive play of the 3v3 session. She is a smooth operating lefty who can knock it down with ease from 3-point land as well. On defense she forced a lot of turnovers and played with great competitive spirit and intensity.

Anika has a lot of physical tools at 5'10", aggressive, and athletic. I loved her physicality on both ends in this game as she made things tough on her opponent on the defensive end, and played aggressively on offense as well. She has solid footwork in the paint and does a nice job finishing the touches she gets there. A high energy player she contributes in the rebounding department on both ends as well.

A physical specimen at 6'2" as just a freshman this young lady has all the tools to be a top prospect in the Class of 2027. She rebounds hard and got her team a lot of second chances where she either put it back in herself, or kicked it out to an open teammate. She has soft hands catching on the inside and has a really nice drop-step move that she finishes consistently. With enough athleticism to play on the perimeter as well, I was impressed that she could do more than just post up. She does a nice job handling it and driving to the basket from the outside as well which is tough to stop at 6'2" with quickness. A high-level shot blocker, she is an eraser on the defensive end who can makeup for her teammates mistakes now and then. HIGH CEILING for this young post player!

Layla was a new prospect that I had not yet covered and I was really impressed with the potential this young lady has. She has all the physical makings of a really good basketball player with length, athleticism, and a high motor. A great communicator and a lot of energy she stood out as a team player who makes others around her elevate their game. Rebounding was solid all day and this showed up in the 3v3 session as she was able to limit the other team to one shot opportunity and grab O-boards to give her team extra scoring chances.
