With so many in the class of 2025 about to start their final year of high school basketball, they plan to give it their all one last time. Let's take a look at some of the seniors in Volusia and Seminole County who are aiming to make the most of their last high school season. Hailey Lenz brings high energy and an intense competitive nature that is exciting to watch. She uses her long frame to cause turnovers on defense and her athleticism to get up the floor quickly. Hailey has a great skill for finding her cutting teammates in transition and getting her shot off when the ball swings back to her. She's the type of player who will dive on the floor for loose balls, doing whatever it takes to help her team win.   An unselfish and vocal leader, Hailey will be an X-factor for her team this year, as her role can change game to game, and she adapts with ease. When she decides to put the ball on the floor and attack the rim, she uses her physicality to will her way there, and if you're not on her level, it's an easy bucket. If you overcommit, she has a smooth spin move to get herself back in position. With her quick, explosive first step, she's a threat whether she catches the ball in the high post or on the baseline, finishing off two feet or using a baseline reverse layup to her advantage.   Don't be fooled—if you back off and force her to shoot, she can knock down the jump shot as well. What sets her apart is her will to outwork her opponents. She fights for every loose ball like it's the last play of the game, making her a rebounding machine. She consistently out-rebounds bigger and stronger players simply because she wants it more. She also has a quick first step and stays low when driving, allowing her to get to the rim quickly. Her ability to create her own shot off the dribble makes her a scoring threat every time she touches the ball. Whether using a side step or a step back, Ke'Ara keeps defenders on edge, always forcing them to be ready to help on her drives.
