Belton averaged 10.6 ppg while guard <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='855426' first='Mylayja' last='Thompson']</strong> added 8.9 ppg last year. Senior <strong>Ry'Daijia Mars</strong> is back after averaging 5.5 ppg. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='848229' first='Emma' last='Patterson']</strong> is a member of the 2029 Palmetto State Class who should see some good minutes this season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Newberry HS</strong>: The Lady Bulldogs were (7-13) last season. <strong>Daizee Williams</strong> and <strong>Tamaria Wadsworth</strong> both return after averaging 10.1 ppg and 5.1 ppg last season respectively. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Newberry Academy</strong>: The Lady Eagles were just (3-14) last season. Young averaged 13.5 ppg and 9.3 rebounds last season. The Lady Crusaders finished the season at (24-2). Who will replace <strong>Olivia Huck</strong>? Huck scored over 1,700 career points in her career and averaged 18.9 ppg last season. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Union County HS</strong>: The Lady Yellow Jackets were just (2-19) with a very young roster.
