Cunningham is a queen of the paint whenever her kicks make contact with the hardwood. The veteran big is a huge reason why 4A South Pointe has not dropped a contest against an in-state opponent this season. She is also played a massive part in why the Stallions are currently ranked third in the most recent 4A coaches' poll. Cunningham has averaged a double-double of 19.7 points and 12.2 rebounds. She also recently reached the 1,800-point mark for her career. Cunningham is also swimming in college offers with Winthrop, Fordham, Loyola Maryland, North Carolina Central, College of Charleston and North Carolina A&T among her most recent of suitors.

Lucas keys the backcourt efforts for the 4A Stallions. She also recently achieved a milestone when she reached the 1,500-point plateau for her stellar career. Lucas has played at the varsity level since she was a seventh grader, giving her more experience than the average sophomore. She has played in all 20 games this season for South Pointe and has averaged 17.7 points, 5.8 rebounds, 4.7 steals and 3.2 rebounds per contest. Also among her list of accomplishments in 2025-26 was when Lucas notched her first career triple double in a victory over 5A Division 2 Fort Mill. South Pointe will once again be a scary team when we get to late February – and March.

The Silver Foxes of 5A Division 1 Dutch Fork have had a few near misses previously in the playoffs, but Crumlin is looking to reverse those tournament fortunes in 2025-26. Crumlin has also played at the varsity level since she was an eighth grader and spearheads the frontcourt efforts for the Silver Foxes. She also is averaging a double-double of 13.3 points and 11.2 rebounds in the 16 games she has played in this season in addition to 2.7 steals and 2.1 blocks per game. Crumlin plays all-around like the [program_tooltip program_id='783909' first='Palmetto' last='76ers/A'ja Wilson Elite'] product she is and her length compliments her height.

As the 2025-26 season commenced, the mix of young and veteran talent presented by 5A Division 2 Greenville – Upper State finalists from last season – was why the Red Raiders would once again be a tough out this season. Jaminet is one of the premier 2029s in the Palmetto State. Through 19 games that she has played this season, Jaminet has averaged 11 points and 1.3 points per game. During the AAU season, she wears the uniform of Her Elite which plays on the Nike EYBL Circuit and she already has an in-state Division I offer from Furman on her still-growing resume. Jaminet's Red Raiders were ranked seventh in the most recent 5A Division 2 coaches' poll.

Region play has been a massive help to coach Shakkia Walker and her Blue Eagles. Seven of the 13 wins Clover has earned this season have been against region opponents and Chambliss has been a key catalyst in the team's January success. Chambliss has played in 19 games this season for Clover and has averaged 9.7 points, 3.6 steals and three rebounds per contest. When this season concludes, both she (and twin sister Jada) will bring their hoops talents to Mars Hill in western North Carolina. Chambliss is one of seven on this year's Clover roster that is part of this year's graduating class. The Blue Eagles were ranked 10th in the most recent 5A Division 1 coaches' poll.

Speaking of sister acts, the Olivers (Danielle and Cameron) are another of the more dangerous ones across the Palmetto State. Oliver played a massive part in 5A Division 2 Greenwood's run to an Upper State championship last season. In her swan song season with the Eagles, Oliver has averaged 20.2 points, 5.4 rebounds, 4.7 assists and 4.3 steals per contest. Greenwood – which earned a third ranking in the most recent 5A Division 2 coaches' poll also is tied (with Greenville) atop its region with only one loss. Oliver is a multi-sport athlete who also excels on the soccer pitch in addition to the basketball court. Her presence and play is a key factor in why the Eagles will be a tough out in late February – and March.

Recent memory has told us that the road to the 1A state championship goes through coach Nathaniel Taylor's Military Magnet assembling. That may be the case once again in large part as Williams has her Eagles nearing another 20-win campaign. Williams has played in all of the Eagles' matchups this season. The versatile Military Magnet frontcourt force has averaged a double-double of 16.2 points and 11 rebounds per game. Taylor's teams preach defense and Williams also provides plenty of that to the tune of 5.3 collections per contest. She has played at the varsity level since she was an eighth grader and will head into the collegiate ranks with plenty of state championship hardware having been compiled.

Cumbie perfectly fits what 4A Daniel is looking to get accomplished. The Lions may not be the flashiest of teams, but they are certainly one of the more dangerous. Cumbie's Lions were ranked fourth in the most recent 4A coaches' poll. She has averaged 13.3 points and 2.9 steals per game. The only contest the Lions have dropped, as of this writing, was at the Red Raiders Thanksgiving Invitational – hosted by 5A Division 2 Greenville – where Daniel was on the wrong end of a 54-53 decision to one of the toughest 5A Division 1 outs in the state in Byrnes.

Dates is swiftly establishing a statewide profile – and even a national one. She already has several Division I offers on her resume as Clemson, Charleston Southern and SC State hope to see her wearing their respective colors when 2029 arrives. Dates has her Goose Creek assembling ranked second in the most recent 5A Division 2 coaches' poll – only behind undefeated North Myrtle Beach. Dates first played at the varsity level as a seventh grader and has averaged 20 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.7 steals per contest in 2025-26. When a team can say its only losses during a season were against 4A powerhouses Camden and North Augusta, said team is doing something right. On Dec. 15, Dates had a career day against 4A Beaufort when she put together a 39-point, seven-rebound, three-steal, three-assist outing against the Eagles.
