She can let it fly from deep, back down players in the paint, and run the floor in transition all effectively and at a high level. Her defense leads to many turnovers and deflections for her team, leading to big energy shifting moments. She gets doubled often but fights through it to find open teammates or even break open to get her own bucket. She plays elite defense and can cause havoc, being able to defend any guard in the state. She could see a rise in looks offensively, but she will be ready to make an impact with the opportunities she is given. Frederick plays elite defense, being able to guard the 1-5 on the court and do so a high level. She can knock down shots smoothly and also set screens to roll hard to the paint.
