[player_tooltip player_id='743664' first='Jaelee' last='Knowles'] has impressed in all aspects for Frederick Douglass this season. She is averaging a team-leading 19.2 points and 12 rebounds a game. Jaelee has a pair of big-time performances against some of the top teams in the state, including 25 points and 20 rebounds against Assumption, and 18 points along with 12 rebounds against the reigning 11th region champs Franklin County. Jaelee has a good combination of length and athleticism. She an elite defender and her offensive game looks much improved. Jaelee picked up her first D1 offer from Western Kentucky University back in October.

[player_tooltip player_id='743670' first='Kourtney' last='Peterson'] is off to strong start to her sophomore season for Scott. Kourtney has a great mix of physicality and finesse to her game. She scores well with her back to the basket and her footwork is picture-perfect. Kourtney is a strong finisher at the rim and a tough rebounder on both ends. She plays with a high motor and her energy plus effort fuels her team. Kourtney is putting up almost 10 points a game and leads the Lady Eagles in rebounds with 7.2, while shooting 78.9% from the from the stripe off of 19 attempts. (Featured Image)

[player_tooltip player_id='502129' first='Kayley' last='Benningfield'] has been outstanding in her first season at Campbellsville High School. She leads the team in scoring (19.7) and is second in rebounds per game (5.7). Kayley already has several stat-stuffing performances under her belt. She had 24 pts, 5 rebs, 5 stls, and 1 blk in the third game of the season against Hart County, then dropped 30 in a win over Adair County along with 3 rebs, 4 asts, and 7 stls. I can't forgot to mention her 19 points, 9 rebs, 4 asts, 4 stls, and 1 blk against Green County. Kayley has been a huge addition for the Lady Eagles, and her ability to make an impact in so many different ways will be key for her teams success as the season continues.

Lyon County is off to a red hot 8-1 start and sophomore forward [player_tooltip player_id='1115430' first='Courtney' last='Collins'] has been one of the catalyst to their success. She's averaging 13 points and a team-leading 11.7 rebounds a game, while shooting 46.9% from deep (15/32). Courtney rebounds at a high volume, scores well inside and can space the floor with her 3PT shooting. Her versatility makes her a matchup nightmare and her contribution on both ends will help keep the Lady Lyons in the win column as the season move along.

[player_tooltip player_id='743652' first='Baylee' last='Warner'] is playing at a very high level for Montgomery County. She is averaging almost 16 points a game along with 6.2 rebounds, and has a few big-time double-double performances this season. Baylee put up 17 and 10 in the season-opener against Bryan Station, then went off for 24 and 10 against Garrard County, followed by 16 and 11 against Dunbar just to name a few. Baylee is a strong and skilled forward who cleans the glass, can score from the inside-out on offense, and defend the post plus the perimeter on defense. At this rate I see making a leap on the list when the next update rolls around.
