The NC State signee didn't disappoint. She almost scored a point per minute and was flying all over the court on the defensive end. She had 5 steals in the first half alone. It could get scary once she's fully in her groove and/or plays a full game.

Owens is a physically imposing guard and even while having the defense key on her, she still found ways to be productive. She rebounded very well and got hot from the perimeter in the 2nd half in an effort to bring her team back. Some of the shots were over multiple defenders.

The freshman just produces so much in so many different phases of the game it's hard to plan for her. She doesn't need many shots to put up points. She just has a nose for the ball. She made some excellent passes and played very good defense. Mariah is already one of the more complete players in the state.

Kaibara did all that she could do to keep her team in it. She attacked the gaps in the defense when they were there, which wasn't very often due to the defense. She did a good job of handling the ball while being pressured the entire game. She drew the defense in giving her teammates plenty of open looks from the outside.

Hunt came in off the bench and almost had a double-double. She was ultra-active around the rim on the glass, either getting rebounds or keeping the ball alive for her team. On offense she was highly effective only taking quality shots. Jayda almost had a double-double while not getting that many minutes on the court.

Niya is good looking guard prospect who made the most of her minutes. She's physical and knows how to throw her muscle around in the paint on both ends of the court. She also showed that she could step out and hit the perimeter jump shot.
