<p>It is still my favorite stat in basketball. If a player can reach double digits in two different statistical categories it shows they can score and are unselfish enough to hit the boards or share the basketball.</p>

<p>Here is a look at seven Kansas prospects among the most double-double leaders in December or are averaging a double-double to start the season.</p>

<p><strong>Kayte Shivley</strong>, 5'8”, SF, Rawlins County, ‘26</p>

<p>Shivley is the only player in the state with six straight double-doubles to open their season. She is averaging 14.7 points and 13.5 rebounds for the Buffaloes. Shively is ranked No. 91 by Prep Girls Hoops and Rawlins County is off to a 5-1 start.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1042511' first='Karley' last='Ohl']</strong>, 5'7”, SF, Southern Coffey, ‘25</p>

<p>Southern Coffey's Ohl has recorded five double-doubles in six games. She is averaging 20.4 points and 10 rebounds per contest. Ohl is ranked No. 110 in the Kansas Class of 2025 and the Titans are 2-4 to begin the season.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='881162' first='Olivia' last='Stein']</strong>, 6'0”, PF, Ingalls, ‘26</p>

<p>Stein is averaging 15.4 points and 16.4 rebounds in five games. She has recorded a double-double in four of those contests. Ingalls is 4-2 on the season so either Stein missed one game or the club has not uploaded stats for its last game. Stein is verbally committed to playing volleyball at Wichita State.</p>

<p>Davidson has recorded three double-doubles and is averaging a double-double in December. She is scoring 19.4 points and grabbing 10.6 points per contest. The Spartans are 3-2 heading into the holiday break.</p>

<p>Scott is ranked No. 76 overall by Prep Girls Hoops. She has recorded three double-double games this season. She has scored 17.5 points and collected 14 rebounds per contest. Scott is shooting 50 percent from the field for the 1-3 Trojans.</p>

<p>The six-foot Theiss is hammering the boards and filling the bucket. She is averaging 13 points and 10.8 rebounds per contest through five games. Theiss in an unranked prospect who has been earmarked to be added to the rankings in 2025.</p>
