Can be a dominant force on the glass and create second-chance scoring opportunities for her and teammates. Does a good job establishing position on the low block. Consistently use her body effectively, and finish strong around the rim with either hand! Amaya made the jump from public to prep school and has adjusted perfectly. Good length and at 6'1 she can guard all three perimeter positions. Great size with a college frame that can get down to the basket with no problem. Very long and has good athleticism and is an elite rim protector. With her size she makes her presence known at the defensive end of the floor. Plays power forward but will be a much more recruitable player at a full time wing.
